Ok
Showed up at 10 (Google said they opened at 9:30 am) and walked up to the counter. Employee walked up and said they opened at noon so I stalled for a few hours and when I came back that afternoon there was a visible line and no employees in sight. Ended up leaving empty handed. I get employees are hard to come by right now, but I feel like it's common sense to not open when clearly you don't have the staff required.
Horrible tasting drinks.
I realize u hate your job, but you could at least pretend u liked it. Great coffee tho.
Never came to the counter or we would have got a cookie there were 4 people waiting with no one to be found 😞
Beautiful set up I didnt get anything from the shop but the scenery was awesome..
This place is taking too much space that could be split into two. They should improve customer service and staffs are flirting and no effort to work.
I love Caribou Coffee but there's not many of them in my area

Poorly designed. It's 3 places in one. Caribou, Cold Stone ice cream, Mrs Fields cookies and pretzels. Caribou should have it's own register and staff. The baristas are standing around doing nothing while waiting on coffee customers. Coffee customers stuck in long line waiting on the one employee who is running the register, getting cookies, running around grabbing pretzels. Definitely head over to Starbucks next time.
The coffee was incredibly watered down. Prompt service, poor product.

Worst Coffee - There was no either whole or 2% Milk with them and they were NOT able to manage the crowd and their Cappuccino was tasting just like hot water. Avoid this coffee shop!!
Their cookies and muffins were great, but NOT coffee. Even after adding an extra shot on the latte, there was no coffee taste.
Great coffee, wonderful service.
Drove to the outlets just to go to caribou coffee and it was horrible. Just go to a stand alone, the people that were working had no idea what they were doing and argued with other customers when they got their order work. Also coffee made my husband and I very sick. Don’t waste your time
