They weren't open when they said they were, 3pm on a Saturday. Looking into the window, it looks to exclusively be an ice cream parlor, their profile lists them as an Indian Food Restaurant, that happens to serve iced cream as well. I'm disappointed and still hungry.
Love this place!!! Great experience. Family owned and the dishes are authentic. The best cuisine I have ever tasted.
I had high hopes for this place as I love Indian food and rolled ice cream. I felt like this was a match made in heaven. I was very wrong and the empty parking lot should have been a warning as what was to come. First, they didn’t greet my family and made it seem as though they had somewhere else to be. Second, they were out of everything, strawberries, boba, vanilla ice cream, most of the food and still managed to take 45 mins to get my order to me. Why in the world would it take 45 mins to scoop some ice cream and deep fry something? When my husband told the cashier that we didn’t receive my son’s scoop of ice cream, they argued with him telling him that they already gave it to us. They have cameras and could run it back to see that we never received it. Terrible customer service. The samosas were forgotten and we could hear the cashier looking through the system to see if we even ordered them even though he took our order. They ended up taking so long that both of my kids fell asleep at the table. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. There are plenty of ice cream places to choose from in Columbus, so please pick one of those. As for the samosas, I only recommend them if you have time to spare and extreme patience. Shameful. People ought to take more pride in their businesses and have employees that reflect it.
Understaffed.. No knowlege of food.. waited 30mins for cold samosa chat with no samosa and hot cumcumber in a paneer 65 wrap.. seriously.. Also other customers waiting for food for an eternity
Awesome atmosphere, amazing food, staff so kind and helpful. Thank you for allowing us a little date night oasis!
super nice, staff is friendly. i love their french vanilla milk tea w/ boba. would recommend this place 👍🏻
Love this place. Never tried the food, but it always smells amazing. I go here for the rolled ice cream. Lots of toppings and add-ins. They have a good selection of teas, as well. Super friendly staff. Great place.
There is a saying jack of all trades master of none. Left hungry. Food is decent but takes a very long time.
Very friendly staff and the tea and rolled icecream were delicious!
Food was amazing and service was great! The garlic sauce balances the spice of the tandoori chicken perfectly. The spicy beef wrap is spicy and delicious. The chicken 65 was the sweetest of the 3 items we ordered but still had some heat to it. The price is similar to that of Atlanta restaurants, wish there had been larger portions for the price.
First time eating here. I got take out and ordered a bowl with chicken 65, basmati rice, signature masala, and tamarind sauce. I got to pick up to three of the addons and chose cucumbers, salad mix and onion. They weren’t bad but I’d skip the salad and onion next time. I also got a side of naan bread. Taste was wonderful! The bowl was approximately 8 inches wide by 1.5 inches deep. I paid about $15 for this meal without a drink. My only critiques would be that the naan bread come with a bigger portion since the bowls aren’t that big. Either that or a deeper bowl with more rice in it. The restaurant itself was very casual and seemed very mom and pop. Not the tidiest place but everything appeared clean. They have a nice looking outdoor patio to the side that people can eat at. They also have rolled ice cream which is cool. I’d definitely eat here again!
The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly.
Very good food, kind staff decent price.
Only 10 flavors and 1 of them isn't what is posted. A 12oz can of soda was 3.29. Ridiculous. Ice queen? It should be called ice peasant.
This restaurant is a joke, the website wasn’t showing food options to order only drinks and slushies, I call in and the guy says they won’t be selling food till Tuesday because his boss is getting married! Definitely won’t even attempt to come back here, get your priorities in order customers shouldn’t have to wait because of personal reasons ICE QUEEN SUCKS
Pretty much the only restaurant I missed when I left Columbus, GA. Great owners and management. Delicious food! Something for everyone-descriptive menu. Support local!
Great food, awesome ice cream rolls, so glad you guys are doing great! Check them out, they're fire 🔥 🔥🔥
I came here and received the best service! Even though we came right before close, they still accomodated me with my complicated order! 5/5 stars!!
This place is FANTASTIC! Even if your palette is not a fan of spicy food, they have something for you. It is family run and family driven. The staff are very nice and will give you samples of the food if you ask. Fairly priced as well. I come to see the owners and eat their delicious food. WAY BETTER THAN PITA NEXT DOOR!
Guys it never fails, anytime the wife and I go into Ice Queen we're instantly greeted and the food is magnificent. If you like Indian food this will be the place to go to. Nothing is mass production or out of a can or bag this is real in the kitchen real home cooked Indian food Mom, Pop and Grandma style. They not only have great food but the ice cream is wonderful I love to get the coffee ice cream it doesn't taste like anything from the other ice cream parlors it's made right in front of your face and the flavor of everything is on point. The owner of the establishment is very nice and respectful along with his parents running the facility are very nice people. I will recommend anyone to try this place at least once. If you're vegan, they have vegan food and they can even make your ice cream vegan as well that's what I love about the place it's something there for everyone.
