My brother and I had fantastic service from Haley at Rosie’s Cafe in Carrollton. Food was excellent, and didn’t have to wait long at all. We will definitely be back here and hope that Haley is working when we do.

I came to Rosie’s today with my daughter to spend quality time and we were welcomed by our wonderful host / waiter James. He was so full of good energy and a willingness to serve. My daughter laughed and smiled harder than I’ve seen her do in a very long time so not only was the food amazing but the service went beyond what was expected. We will be back on a more frequent basis because of you James! Thanks so much for making our day

The food is very good. This is the second time I have been here. The servers are very polite and friendly and the food taste fresh and delicious. Love the ice coffee and the waffles are super fluffy. I recommend the grits, very creamy and tasty, the avocado toast as well as chicken salad sandwich and grilled chicken sandwich are all great options as well. The only thing is they are short staff so the wait is a bit long. But the wait was well worth it.
Very nice looking place. Way too pricey for cheap food. We asked to have our corned beef hash cooked crispy. It was not. Very very mushy. We asked for our eggs to be over-lite. They were not. Very much over medium. The check has automatic 20% tip added. So there no incentive for good service or food cooked correctly. Sorry. We won’t be back
As a regular at Rosie's it is by far my favorite Carrollton Treasure for lunch and breakfast or Brunch... we had the newest coffee selections the Oatmeal Cinnamon latte and Cinnamon caramel latte which were absolutely delicious recommendations. Our waiter James was professionally humorous, attentive and polite; he made sure we had everything we needed and our food was brought out promptly. The food presentation was as beautiful as it was delicious 😋 . The cook Tracy even was courteous enough to come out and make sure we enjoyed our meal and experience. 10/10 will be back.
