Doors locked with employees inside but says open 24 hrs...
Bathrooms and pumps don’t work. Terrible staff. Go to quiktrip instead.
Staff was rude and kurt to my elderly parents and I when we tried to use the rest rooms and told us they were closed with no explanation. Didn’t bother asking and just left. We didn’t need gas or buy anything, so I feel like that’s why we were refused the rest room. We’ve been traveling north since Orlando, Florida and I-95 is lame and hardly has any rest stops, so that’s why we stopped here. Is this a company policy to not let people use the rest rooms without buying anything? Very lame.
It said 24 hrs but they lock the doors so no on can come in, only pay for gas @ the pump?????!!!!!!
I’m giving 1 star because there isn’t anything lower. I usually do not review, but this was a must. This was by far the WORST RaceTrac I have ever been to. Only one coffee machine was not being cleaned. All the ice cream machines were down. Bathrooms were closed. Outside seating areas were closed. And the cashier barely spoke to us she was more interested in the conversation that she was carrying on with her fellow employee.
Employee has complete lack of any people skills, to say bad customer service would be kind. Racetrac, if you want to open a gas station right off I95, then make sure to hire people who’s rent to lazy to clean the restrooms much less be remotely friendly. Lost my business
Came off the interstate and wanted to get gas , let the kids use the restroom , and get a snack before finishing our way home. Pumped gas, went to take my 2 year old in to the restroom at 8:30 PM and they had locked the restroom because they had already cleaned it. Would not let him use it so we had to walk across the road to use the restroom. Went to get coffee and they had removed the pots, it gave an error on all of them that you could not use them. They were obviously ready to go home , not a very convenient gas station.
Typical Racetrac - pretty much clean and well organized.

Makes no sense why they close at random hours. Friendly Express is better

Employees rude could not get gas receipts twice in a week
False advertisement for the regular gas price. It is 24hr location where the doors were locked. When I went to talk to them about the price 2 employees was there and they ignored me. So I called them and one of the employee lie and said GM has to take care of the gas prices. Also I have seen Race Trac gas pumps never give you receipts.
Always clean and great for a stop
Friendly staff good gas prices and they have food.
I prefer Racetrac to other gas stations.
*WONDERING ABOUT CAT AT GAS STATION* I was driving back to Fernandina from Atlanta on 8/26 when we skipped our exit but we stopped here. You’d imagine my shock when I saw a sweet, social, weather beaten, older kitten hanging out front. At first I thought it was passing through but it stood it’s ground and seemed to have designated bowls. I bought a pack of tuna inside and she happily devoured it. I would have asked questions about finding her a home but I was with my not so impressed boyfriend so I didn’t ask questions or try to take her. I’m so concerned about this babies well-being. This review is half a welfare check and half an attempt to see how we can move forward and improve her future. Please comment if anyone has information!
Solid Racetrac
Thursday evening stopped to get a soda. 1 person getting gas at the pumps. Store is dark and has a sign due to labor shortage store could be closed. Go to metal grab n go box. 2 employees inside working. I pushed button for services and asked for 2 coke cola. The employee said we are only selling gas and cigarettes. That was the first I have ever seen a Race Trac or QT closed.
Not open 24hrs.
