My new local favorite coffee. I am a talker at times, the staff is kind and entertains my conversation. The coffee is phenomenal, made with local coffee beans. They have all the options to include oatmilk. My all-time favorite is pecan latte. The atmosphere is eclectic and fun, great for conversation, studying, or just relaxing. So far, even though they can get quite busy, there has not been a substantial wait time. Oh, you also earn points towards free coffees. Additional info: you will find delicious looking bakery items to include multiple edible cookie dough flavors. No secret, I plan to return.
The manager of this store has both embarrassed me and disappointed me. Without going into too much detail I will say this. It is unjustifiable to presume someone's intentions, and there are clearly not enough combinations of words to keep these people from assuming. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. How dare you take someone else's trauma and use it as a weapon. 100% uncalled for.

Absolutely terrible experience . My friend dropped dead on jittery joe property and the employees just threw coffee at her and proceeded to lick it off in front of me and the horrified customers. I will never be returning. Terrible service and employees.

Staff is always friendly and service on point. I do wish they had a bit more seating though.
IMO by far the best coffee chain for coffee lovers. This locations baristas are always consistent. I’ve been a regular for so long that they know my order now. Great coffee and great customer service.
Great coffee and love the baked goods as well. Barista was very polite and bubbly. Very cozy environment just wish it offered WiFi to customers. I had the GingerBread Iced Coffee with two warm biscuits with jelly. Also had a chocolate chip cookie. As as far as flavor I would put it over Starbucks.
On October 3d I, I was blessed with a really sweet server. It was almost too much to expect some of the best cold brew (?) coffee with an extra shot of espresso. But that coffee helped to get me safely back to Columbia. Thanks guys. Jittery Joe’s is part of what makes American business great. Keep it up guys!!

Never again... totally disappointing. I ordered Jittery Joe's through Doordash. The croissant was so tough, I could not bite it... I had to tear it with my teeth. Biscuits were overcooked and tough. Not at all the light, fluffy delight I had at my first visit. Chocolate Chip muffin was tough and stale. Bacon was over done and awful.
This location is always great and I drive from Athens just to come to the Bethlehem location. Tyler is consistently the best and continues to provide great customer service and is a wonderful barista. He always makes our coffees perfectly and we never leave disappointed. We try to only go up there when he is working! Huge rave and thank you Tyler for your hard work and great service!!! :)
