My husband and I stopped in today for a quick latte and cortado on the way home after our little girls' ear tube procedure. When we wouldn't let her demolish her hot blueberry muffin on her own, a toddler tantrum broke out. Realizing she was more irritated than she was upon arriving at Ubora, we quickly converted our order to to-go. Phillip came over and offered to give baby girl whipped cream or chocolate milk to calm her down. As a fellow parent, his little bit of hospitality and compassion went such a long way with this mama! Not only is the coffee fantastic, but so are the staff! Ohhh and she ate all the blueberry muffin once we got home!

I find myself here a few times a week either working or grabbing coffee with my husband. We love everything about it! I recommend an iced latte with half a pump of caramel. :)

Ham, egg, and cheese croissant is out of this world. Coffee is great too.

Great environment to relax and get some work done, meet up with friends or conduct a business meeting. It can range from uber chill to super busy! I like it when its chill... Features include an open, clean and rustic space. There are plenty of outlets for electronics and the lighting is perfect. As far as the beverages I dig the chai latte. It is a delicious blend of spices with a splash of frothed coconut milk. I appreciate that they use natural spices to make this versus artificial flavor shots with sugar. I ordered my chai latte unsweetened and it was delicious but they offer vanilla flavor shot or sugar/honey as a sweetener if that’s your thing 💁🏽‍♀️ NOTE: The second time I came here I ordered the chai latte and they didn't froth my milk...Total bummer. It's froth that does it for me, so just make sure you tell them how you want it. Beverages are served in glass, unless you order to go. This cuts down on waste and adds a hint of sophistication. Classic rock plays softly in the background adding to the ambiance, but if its crowded be prepared to enjoy the chatter or bring your ear buds. I’m digging this space 😌 for sure.

Tucked away on Jones Street is a coffee house roaster/purveyor that makes a mean cup of hot chocolate. My wife loved it. I had a medium roast coffee with cream and sugar. They placed the cream and sugar. I would have preferred to mix my own. The coffee was still very good. I'll be back for certain. There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy your cup or drink of choice without loud music making you crazy. Both drinks with a tip came to a little over $6.90. Stop in and give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Wish I knew the baristas name but even after asking to remake my drink due to my own mistake in ordering; she was SO kind and helpful! And when I tell you my drink was so PERFECT, I could have gone back in and kissed her on the mouth lol 10 stars!

Great hidden gem in downtown Augusta! Large open space and very friendly staff. Good coffee and little treats. Stopped in again today and the barista was so sweet. I always love visiting.

I love the Ubora Watchstander K cups. I am not a fan of dark roasts, I am more of a “breakfast blend” person. These K cups are my new favorite.

Awesome customer service, after mentioning that the coffee I had ordered didn’t taste like I thought it would. They made me another! I felt almost guilty as I wasn’t trying for another cup but appreciated very much. Second cup was excellent!

Update: Four years later, got a chance to return. The place is still excellent 👌 Just opened. Great espresso, nitro, cold brew, and brewed coffee. There are many snacks that look good, including a couple vegan ones. It's a modern, open space with polished concrete floors and high ceilings. The only downside is a result of that, it's loud and echoey. Bring earphones or just deal with it, but it was nice and quiet in the morning, then loud in the afternoon. I am happy I found it.

I won a gift card from Ubora, I love this coffee and I’m not a big coffee fan. If you get a chance they have one called “Firehouse S’mores” that is awesome!

Excellent coffee house that treats it as the craft it is. You can't go wrong with the knowledge the baristas carry.

Fantastic coffee shop! Love the Christmas decor and brick walls. This would be the perfect place to work from or study if you’re a student. Jake was very friendly and helpful in giving recommendations.

This coffee shop ended up being the first stop on our visit to Augusta. We ordered the Tuxedo Latte and the Hazelnut Latte and both were delicious! The baristas were also very friendly.
