I wish they had bigger tables inside and a syrup list by the register. Other than that it’s decent coffee and breakfast.

The strawberry pop tart was genuinely and sincerely the most delicious thing I have ever eaten in my life, paired with a very refreshing iced matcha latte

Need more efficient system for tracking order of drink orders as I watched several folks who ordered after me get their smoothies before me.

Fun cafe spot in a building lobby. Great coffee and good food at a reasonable price. Gets busy in the mornings, so expect a wait at high times.

Overall the food is good, but there is a consistency problem. Specifically the "Augusta Downtown Mess" (and probably other grit style bowls but I can't confirm) sometimes it's in a large container for to-go, other times the container is half the size. It's a gamble every time to know weather it's worth the price or not. I'm tired of gambling.

Absolutely delicious! You best say YES when they ask if you want a pickle! Damn good pickles! 😋😋 Ordered: classic NY tuna bagel on an everything bagel; avacado blt on a jalapeno bagel. No photo because we ate everything!

The food and atmosphere all all fine, staff are nice too. But the cleanliness of the cafe is extremely questionable. There are many ceiling fans, which is nice for hot weather, BUT they are overflowing with dust and scattering it around…and the fans are directly over the kitchen. The large silver air/heat duct over the kitchen is the same way. It is practically oozing dust. This is just concerning that dust is getting into food, drinks, etc. Especially because dust is dead skin cells. This can all be seen when standing to pay at the register, and simply looking up. Staff and food are cool though.

Food was good, just disappointed that it took about an hour to get simple breakfast dishes. By the time I had my dish my cappuccino was cold. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are going there as a group, you won’t be eating at the same time.

Loved it😁 the atmosphere is awesome. The moment you walk through the door you can feel it and see it. Everyone is happy and working hard. Service is phenomenal. I was actually surprised at how well the food tasted and the effort in presentation. Even down to the patterns in the cream❤️ I'll definitely visit when I'm in Augusta

Edit from 5 stars. ‘Garcia’ sandwich fans beware. They’ve change the cheese without changing the name of the sandwich. I’ve always ordered the Garcia and thoroughly enjoyed it— mainly for the Brie. So I ordered it expecting to get the same thing — why would expect otherwise?? Instead it came out with Muenster cheese 🤮 When I asked about it, thinking they gave me someone else’s order, I was told “we don’t have Brie anymore”. I would suggest to NewMoon that they change the name of the sandwich because it’s not the same taste. At least the caramel frap was still good.

I was there over the weekend and has a very good egg sandwich, but didn’t care for the banana chocolate chip muffin, that I was told by their employee was just “banana”. So, I went back yesterday, during the week, and ordered an egg sandwich and a strawberry muffin. I got home and bit into it, and not only did it have those hard little chocolate chips that have a texture resembling the tops of golf tees (who puts chocolate chips in a strawberry muffin?) it was underbaked and the inside was gooey from uncooked dough - which, depending on the ingredients, can be a food-poisoning risk. Also, when you put ingredients in something no one would expect, you increase the risk of an allergic reaction from a customer, and thus your liability risk. So, I felt I should let them know, not only because I was scammed out of about four bucks. I called and was told a manager would follow up with me for a refund, and that person never did. My solution now to the issue is easy - I won’t ever go back to this restaurant. Update: I had not seen the refund in my account before I wrote the review, and I have since seen it appear in my account. However, I did not receive a call from the GM. I am staying near downtown temporarily, and that muffin was to be my midday snack. As Old Town is a food desert, it is not like I could easily step out during a 30 minute lunch break from work to get more food for the day. From the reply, it appears the concerns I raised about the baked goods are being addressed; I hope so.
