I've been here many times. I was never disappointed until my last visit. I got a dozen donuts, and they were hard and nasty. It will definitely be a long time before I return.
I Dont Like That Yall Dont Have The Chocolate Creame Filling Doughnuts At Night, Yall Need To Have Them Available At All Times Because Thats The Only Ones I Like !!!! I Went There On Thursday And I Wanted A Banana Pudding Doughnut, The Sign Said It Was Banana Pudding And Then The Guy Told Me The Doughnut Was Not Banana Pudding. He Told Me The Doughnuts Were Cake Batter. Why Have A Sign Up That Says Banana Pudding And Then You Say To Me Its Cake Batter. If Its Not Banana Pudding Than You Need To Take The Sign Down That Says Banana Pudding And Put A Sign That Says Cake Batter Doughnuts So You Wont Upset The Costomer !!! Get Better Workers Who Change The Sign For The Doughnuts That They Freaking Ask For. Start Doing Better !!!!!
Drive-thru attendant was pleasant--she was so pleasant, I returned the next day for coffee instead of going to McD. She's a keeper!

Door was locked at 6:15AM so I went to the drive thru. I ordered 6 glazed, an order of 10 donut holes, and a strawberry donut with sprinkles. I had to repeat that order 3 times. I said it fairly slow the first time then really slow the second time and painstakingly slow the last time. I have a slight southern accent, so that wasn't an issue. The store looked dirty from what I saw from outside the front door.
Everyone was extremely helpful and very patient when I made a large order for a fundraising event.

Lobby was closed on a Sunday morning. Even though a long line in drive through it moved quickly. Donuts were cold and tasted old. Augusta had another Krisp Kreme

We got there too late and all we had was too kinds of glades donuts. donuts are great.
Service is slow and the employees act like they don't care.
Website states drive thru is open at 5am. When I arrived at 5:30am workers were sitting behind counter looking at me in the drive thru. One employee put up 6 fingers telling me they open at 6am. Please correct website. I had to go to competitor for donuts as they were open and I had to be on my way.
Not a lot of selections, not sure if it's the time I showed up, but the glazed were so hot and yummy. Service was great as well.
Wow the price of doughnuts has gone crazy. Not worth the price.
Not really good parking lot, especially if drive thru is backed up. Cashiers weren't friendly and one worker was fussing at others for not starting the donut line for original glazed donuts. I know lri es have went up but $10.32 for half a dozen of variety donuts and then most of the variety kind are .30 cents up charge because they only had like 3 types that weren't specialty, pink icing, blueberry cake and another kind.
Donuts are usually good, last batch I had a couple filled donuts that were not filled and parking is a bit cramped, but otherwise people are nice and very helpful.
They have an amazing staff! Great service. Delicious donuts!
I can't think of a time that I've been at Krispy Kreme that's been bad.
