I got the Malibu Dream smoothie- it was delicious! The staff were so nice, fast, and overall excellent customer service.

The girl with the green hair and the large older lady must hate their lives, they were bothered by being asked questions. And the green hair girl was too busy with her tongue in her boyfriends ear to actually work. Service was horrible, they need new employees.

Updated review… Original 1star. Worst dirty chai latte EVER! Not even sure they add espresso. Tastes like weak tea. Don’t t waste your money. Updated. Went back and complained. The manager himself apologized and made me a brand new one himself. It was 100 times better. Sometimes you just have to stand up for yourself.

Only one person works here, therefore service is slow. Good pastry and other snacks, coffee I had (double espresso) was below par. Only one coffee shop in this part of terminal T.

The worst coffee bean and tea leaf I have ever been at. I stopped there for a coffee arriving and leaving Atlanta. Both times latte was burned down and heated to a boiling temp. Employee just throw cups on a counter with a poker face. I was polite and straight forward with my order. When I picked up my order and said thank you, employee just silently turn her back on me and star to chat to other co-worker.

Highly recommend the owner of this place shut this thing down. I went to the one at the T gates and literally I stood there and the person behind the counter was looking down her phone it would not even acknowledge my presence. I ended up having to leave as I was ignored.

Ridiculous wait time, out of almost everything at 0830, and I had to wait an extra 15 min for a manager because the "barista" had no clue how to make a latte.

A horrific group of people. No courtesy or manners whatsoever. With no greeting I was yelled at for standing too close to the counter while waiting for them to open. I was told to wait all the way across the concourse for some reason, which I did not, because it was an absurd ask. All after getting stuck at ATL overnight. Get a clue and fire all of them.

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at Atlanta Airport Concourse D Mr. Sanchez Canty provided the best service. He is an excellent waiter.

Horrible Customer service today in Terminal A. The cashier was nice, but the lady who made my drink was extremely rude. She made my drink extra Hot and burned my tongue. I did ask for a kid's Temperature drink. I asked for some ice to not be difficult and she rolled her eyes. After a few ice cubes the drink was still very hot. I told her and She took the drink away from my hands and dumped it on the trash. She splashed the drink every where....

It’s been giving this place chance after chance on A concourse. I come here at least3 times a week I get the same beverage every time, and every time I’m one of the first ones to order and always the last one to get it. When I do receive it’s ten minutes later and wrong. I work on A concourse and rather go to D concourse they always get it right and their lids are way better.

Random female airport worker was behind the counter acting very unprofessional. Apparently just using the microwave to make her breakfast. Only able to make regular coffee at 7:30am. The guy that actually worked there barely spoke and was quiet and unprofessional. He seemed extremely tired and not caring about any customer. When I asked for a breakfast sausage sandwich, he made it seem like I was an inconvenience to him. When it was ready, he threw it in a bag and it feel apart. Hardly going for appearance or presentation. Not worth the 10 bucks for a regular coffee and an ok breakfast sandwich.

Shout out to Russel at the shop in terminal A. So friendly and cheerful. He was kind to customers before and after me as well and he even stayed late to serve other customers. What a great staff member!

You don't need a coffee this badly. Avoid this spot. Staff is consistently rude and will try to belittle you when you ask anything about the menu. Little brains working here. I don't like to be rude but these people will really disrespect you when all you're trying to do is get a coffee.

Service was fast since there were no other customers in line at the time. The Chai Tea Latte was overly sweet and the lady making the drinks wasn't responsive when I thanked her.

The slowest service. If you’re in a hurry to catch a flight, don’t stop here. Latte milk was also burnt.

What a horrible experience. I came here with my daughter on 12/03/22 @7am. Our flight got canceled the night prior so we were very tired and had food vouchers ( complimentary from Delta) We asked the cashier if we can use the voucher and she rolled her eyes and said “sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t” (with a nasty attitude) I asked if we can try it. She was very bothered by this and just shrugged her shoulders. When we tried and it didn’t work, she got really upset and said to me with a loud tone “so you’re not gonna take it?” I said “no, what’s with the attitude?” She didn’t respond and asked for the next customer. Point is this person looks like she hates her job and she shouldn’t be there.
