Most coffee shops are loud, busy (or give off busy vibes) and you don’t stay very long. This location in the Atlanta History Center brings back the “third spot” ideal where you can go between home and work (or whatever your destination is). It’s not library quiet but you can enjoy a nice conversation - the quality coffee/tea adds to the ambiance. The baristas are friendly and the coffee itself is tasty. I personally like other beans a little better which is why this is a 4 stars rather than 5 but I’m picky like that. My drink is a very coffee forward drink (Americano) so the bean flavor isn’t covered up by milk. I know many people who love their coffee. This is a great place and I always enjoy my time there.
very nice
Just not tasty. Coffee tasted like wet dog, and that’s VERY specific but it was a very specific taste.
Talented Barista! Warmed the Cinnamon Twist!
We had Souper Jenny 's lunch. Very good
Great food and experience
I tried iced coffee and cappucino. Coffee is ok. Good vibe and comfortable space. Tables could be more clean.
Cafe in the front of the Atlanta history museum with lots of people chilling and studying. There is also a small soup spot as part of the food area of the museum. I ordered an iced oat milk latte but it was slightly more acidic than I would have liked. The oat milk was also lighter than I prefer.
Better than SB..Just my opinion
Always a solid experience. The people working there are incredibly patient and kind. When it is busy or Souper Jenny’s is open it can be really crowded with limited seating.
A great cup of naturally oily americano, smooth and strong. Puts more hair on my hairy chest.
Best cappuccino ever !
Quiet and spacious. Coffee was good. Pastry was ok. Wasn't disappointed at all but also isn't going to become my favorite coffee spot.
Brash is an excellent place to study, read, relax, or get some work done. The coffee is excellent! I've never been the type of person to drink coffee and actively think "Oh that's good coffee" But I do that whenever I get it from here! You really can't go wrong with any of the pastries either, the rosemary and sea salt bagel is *chef's kiss*. They've got lots of milk alternatives which is nice if that's something you need/want! The atmosphere is top notch as well. It's located in a cute little part of Buckhead, which is nice. The store itself though is cute! It's got lots of natural lighting which is always appreciated. Also whoever is on the aux has got great taste in music, definitely contributes to the space feeling so cozy and chill! In addition to all of that, the folks who work here are seriously so great! I could seriously shout any of them out, but Encar and Jade especially are awesome. I come here literally all of the time and they've only ever been super kind & approachable. They're also super knowledgeable about coffee which is helpful whenever I wanna branch out and try something different than the usual black coffee. Come check them out if you have a free day during the week!
Great local coffee shop!! It has everything you need. They serve all types of coffee and have a lot of milk alternatives. They do have some food but it is small bites such as bagels. There is a lot of seating with power outlets near by. It has free parking in the deck 1min walk or 20min out front. If you are looking for a great coffees shop (that’s not a big chain) this is ideal for you.
Love this coffee spot! I’ve been here so many times I’ve lost count as we live just around the corner. The coffee is always fresh and amazing and they have seasonal syrups that rotate throughout the year. My favorites have been blueberry lavender and brown sugar cinnamon. They always add a little extra deliciousness to my latte. They’re located inside the Atlanta History Museum, so there’s plenty of parking. Definitely one of my favorite coffee shops in Atlanta!
Great coffee and customer service
Coffee shop is nice and the place is really nice! The workers are friendly! Coffee beans from Brash aren’t really my favorite though. The taste is a bit more of an acidic/bitter taste. I've gotten oat lattes a few times from here, but each time, the taste of the coffee was overpoweringly acidic/sour. Would be nice as a regular pourover or americano, but personally not a favorite for a latte.
I used to go to Starbucks on a daily basis, but after the pandemic, Starbucks lost its charm and character. It almost became like a fast food chain for coffee. Brash is different. They choose premium locations around the city to lure you not just for coffee, but for an experience.
Good coffee in a great atmosphere. Lots of natural light.
