Slow and very rude service at this location. Wish it was better because it’s so close to my house. I love Foxtail in general because it’s awesome coffee, but I’ll probably never go to this one again. This is the second time I did not have a pleasant experience with any worker I came in contact with, and today the younger guy taking my order was rude to my face and had body language that screamed he didn’t like his job and thought he was too cool to work there. Ordered a simple iced coffee and he made sure it was mostly ice.
My fiancé goes here all the time before school. It’s his favorite coffee place. The service is always great. They’re kind, fast, & it always tastes amazing!
I love this coffee chain. It has a very bougie feel, and it's a nice change from Starbucks. They have a great selection of food and drinks. Highly recommend. Oh, and the Kelly's ice cream at the location near me is just wonderful.
The latte was amazing and the oatmeal cream pie was good, but I walked up to the register and greeted the boy who was there and he just looked at me. I told him my order and tipped even though he never said thank you or had any customer service ethics. I said thank you to the girl that handed me the latte and again no response. I drank half of my coffee and had to keep giving eye contact because I was waiting on my oatmeal cream pie. A different girl hands it to me and once again for the 3rd time this visit I said thank you and got no response. I felt very uncomfortable at this location. I don't think I will ever come back. I usually do mobile ordering so I never actually dealt with anyone in this location. This team definitely needs to get some customer service training. This place does not disappoint. I haven’t been to a foxtail that didn’t give great service and I love their cold brew coffees.

This place never fails to disappoint. Bunch of entitled gen Z who are slow, rude, and on top of that have the audacity to ask for a tip before even handing you your order 95% of the time. Management needs to do a better job at recruiting people who know what good customer service means. These kids are entitled as hell and it shows. They also said their two best selling pastries “we no longer sell those” even though they are on the menu still??
I like the coffee, but why is a cold brew almost $8 ?? It’s $5 at Starbucks
Especially love the ice cream shop attached to Foxtail! Also was able to find craft cider here. Great spot to get work done.

I was at the local makers Pop Up Market and went into Foxtail Coffee and I am so glad that I did because I got to meet Beatriz who was welcoming, professional and had a contagious positive energy about her. She is the reason I will make the extra drive to come to Foxtail in Howell Branch. Thank you Beatriz!
Great place to sit and have a nice cup of coffee.
Usually go to the foxtail on University Blvd but was out in this direction today. Service was quick but that's the problem... Usually takes a few minutes to make the 2 cafe con leches I order. They had it out right after I paid. Way too light to where it just tastes like straight milk with a hint of coffee. Spent $13 plus tip so that's pretty annoying for 2 cups of milk. Hate writing bad reviews but not cool to rip people off like that :( Had to go to Wawa on the way home to get some actual coffee and spend more.
Always freezing cold and same with the employees. Service is slow.
