This place was okay, nothing amazing, the one thing I did not like about it was the plastic spoons they give you were so cheap they just bent, you couldn't even eat your ice cream with them because the ice cream is so cold and hard they definitely need to fix the spoon situation. This is the second time I've went there and I thought the first time they were just using temporary spoons but these are the actual spoons they use all the time. If you go there and try to eat your ice cream with one you will see what I'm talking about. I hate it when places are super cheap like that and try to cut costs but in the meantime you pay an arm and a leg for something is basic as ice cream.

Good flavors, your standard ice cream spot. Prices were Windermere, so if your ready for that…enjoy! Staff was friendly and has a good variety of choices for ice cream. Didn’t try the coffee, maybe next time. Park info can be tough as it’s downtown Windermere

I took my mom as she wanted a banana split. I wanted a place local & that was not a long drive. I found this cute little ice cream shop in Downtown Windermere. It reminded me of being a kid in North FL. You feel like you have left Metro Orlando & in a small town. The customer service was stellar. The banana split was larger than life & reasonably priced. You better believe my mom and I have been back since for scoops of ice cream. Check out this hidden gem, if you have not been.
Allen's Creamery and Coffee is a nice ice cream shop. It's location is a great place to visit for a treat before or after a stroll in downtown Windermere. The staff is friendly and there are many ice cream options available.

Bad Expirience with the service there, the lady that works there with red hair was so irrespecful...We ask for expresso shot which is strong coffee and I asked for sugar ... the lady said "is No sugar here "...if you dont like there is another coffee shop more expensive in a block away she said. With horrible attitude. We said we don't want the coffee then, because is no sugar here.. so we bought an ice cream for our kid...she get mad and continue with bad attitude. We go outdoor table ... when we were suprise she called the police... the police asked my husband, who is active duty Army, about what happend .. we never Know why lady call police for... we thought police arrived to drink a coffe ... that lady was so annoying with us horrible attitude ... drama lady calling police for nothing ... we ask for the Owner number, Police said he will call you. The Owner was suppose to call back, he never Call us back... lady has temper ... Really bad Expirience for last day vacation military family. A coffeshop without sugar is suppost to apologize with the client...opposite way she was so rude .Produce stress for me and my kid .

Ok so this little place is deceptive. It looks like a walk up ice cream place (and it is) but inside there are couches and a tv and a table with chairs…it’s like the tents in Harry Potter inside! Michelle was delightful and let me taste some ice cream even though I ended up getting a nice hot delicious Latte! There is also outside seating for those warm summer night! All in all a great experience!
Super cute ice cream shop in a great location! The hometown feel makes it even better. Shops like this are hard to come by these days. The caramel caribou flavor & sugar cone were delicious!! Will definitely be back
