Fast service, knowledgeable and polite staff, good food.
My husband comes here every morning before work and they will have the open sign on and one person in there but the door is always locked. I guess they just don’t feel like working?

Unfortunately the coffee was expensive and horrible.
Very tasty sandwiches and a nice interior to sit and enjoy your meal.
Went to get my mom and Aunt some bagels for breakfast since McDonald's stops serving breakfast at 11. My mom couldn't eat hers! The bagel was rubbery and the meat for the Steak was not pleasant. Definitely a bit pricey, just under $20 for 2 bagels! But everything is pricey nowadays.
Definitely has gone down over the years. Employees on their phones when customers arrive and don’t greet you, you’re met with a sigh and an eye roll as if it’s a problem you’re there. They also stand right outside the front door smoking with their sagging pants.

Very expensive for bagels that are not that great. I asked for my bagel to not be toasted and they toasted it.
If you're looking for lox then this is your place. Fresh bagel, fresh tomato, succulent smoked salmon, and perfectly placed capers with sweet red onion slices all between your choice of cream cheese flavoring. 10/10 times will go back.
The coffee was very weak. It was essentially hot water with coffee flavor, but there is an upcharge for dark roast lol. My friend ordered a latte with almond milk for an upcharge and we watched her make it with regular milk but didn't feel like complaining at that point. My bagel was absolutely saturated in butter to the point that I had to ask for a replacement dry toasted bottom half, which they did without complaint. Their computers were down but instead of answering the phone and telling customers that so they could place an online order and then pick it up, they just were not answering their phone. So that when people come in they are then told that they have to place the order online and then sit there and wait for their order. Seems like very poor customer service to me. Two stars because the place was clean and they remade the bottom half of my bagel without complaining. If you want a stellar bagel 13 experience, drive 40 minutes down 95 to the one in Rockledge.
Really used to like this location. Quality and accuracy are hit and miss. Today's order was wrong, sandwich was assembled haphazardly, and only a single slice of meat.
Placed a to-go order of 16 bagels. I called to make sure they could be sliced and the person who answered the phone said it would be a $3 upcharge which I was perfectly okay with. After I told her that is no problem she changed her mind and said they weren't going to slice them since they were really busy that morning and didn't have time. I told her I didn't have a knife in order to cut them, she said she would include a plastic knife in the bag. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Got the Bacon, Egg & cheese sandwich on plain bagel & Avocado toast add tomato. Absolutely phenomenal! However I am only giving 4 stars due to the fact that it’s super expensive compared to some other places (this could be due to inflation so not necessarily their fault) & the wait time was super long. Maybe there was a rush before we got there but it wasn’t busy at the time we were there so will try again and update review after;
🥯 Breakfast Bagels FTW! 🥯 I’m sure Bagel 13 has some delicious luncheon-style bagels, but I fall for the breakfast-themed ones every time. Something about the fluffy eggs, gooey cheese, and smoky-sweet ham calls out to me. Served on a hand-picked Asiago bagel (my personal preference), it’s hard to beat one of these things warm from the prep kitchen. I usually take my order to go. It’s carefully wrapped to preserve the heat during the car ride to the office or home. I don’t even need to warm it up in the microwave upon arrival. These bagels pack in the protein and come in a generous size that leaves me full, energized, and satisfied.
Fast, speedy kitchen, great service at the register from William, awesome flavor, just a nice level of messy so it felt like eating food art in a bagel, my choice was the smoked salmon but on an everything bagel. 😋 Delicious!
Ordered online well ahead of my arrival: a hot latte, a breakfast sandwich, and a cinnamon roll. Came in 2 minutes after the notice did it was ready and waited 5 minutes because they don’t have enough staff. I received an iced latte(not cold from sitting actually iced) the breakfast sandwich, and no cinnamon roll. In a hurry so I didn’t notice the missing cinnamon roll until I got to work. The food is good but the staff is overwhelmed.
Every time I go, my order is all wrong. Today I waited 20 minutes just for two bagels. This place is all screwed up. I will never go there again
I had a taste for a breakfast bagel sandwich this morning. I called bagel 13 and ordered the tuna onion bagel sandwich. Soooo good! I was not expecting that…I have to return to pay the tip…they’ve earned it!
