This place was Definitely a surprise. The food was really good. Top Grits I've had. Not even sure what the hell they add to it but it was delicious. Their front service was fast and helpful. I enjoyed my time at the establishmen and would not only come back but highly recommend.
Recently discovered this place and it's quickly become my favorite coffee spot in the area. Good coffee, good food, good service.

Delicious breakfast sandwiches but they can be messy. I always get them to go so the potatoes end up soggy. But the flavor is amazing. I'm sure it would be much better if I ate it there.
Great little breakfast and coffee cafe with lots of coffee choices. We will definitely have to come back for breakfast.

At the grind they don’t have a mindset…they have a Grindset. This place is always bangin’.
Great little coffee shop! ☕️ Lots of menu items and options, indoor and outdoor seating, ample overflow parking if the angled stalls are all full. Had the best Chai Latte I've ever had.
I was there Saturday morning, had a wind coffee. Quick service and friendly staffs. Had a wonderful breakfast.
Cute coffee and tea bar in the Westchase area. The ginger peach black tea (iced) was delicious. Friendly, considerate service with a chill atmosphere. Highly recommended!
Food was ok, it’s an order/pick up service like Panera … also overpriced. I would go back for coffee not breakfast
The Grind always has great coffee and food. I have never had a problem with service and they have always been friendly.

Cute little coffee bar with breakfast options. Nice place to meet for coffee or to spend time working remotely. Staff is always friendly and well-versed in the available options.
The latte is delicious. I must say it is also nice to have a ceramic mug!

Stopped in for a cup and study session. The grind has great prices, staff is very pleasant, welcoming and had some great R&B tunes playing. Comfortable setup with high top tables and booths in rear.
Stopped by here for lunch. The food was a solid 10/10 and so was their Chai Latte. Would definitely come here again!
I love Grind! Recently moved to the Westchase area and Grind has been a staple for me and my husband. The prices can't be beat and the food is always really good and fresh! Highly recommend the breakfast burrito, so delicious. I don't know how they make their homemade salsa but I wish I could buy it in bulk and eat it with everything! Love their coffee and teas as well. The staff is super friendly and attentive!
The drinks and food are very good. The staff is very friendly. The potatoes are very good!
