We wanted one of their pastries warmed up, but they shut their over down even though they didn’t close for another hour. They microwaved it instead so it was nice and rubbery/chewy when we got it. Upon leaving, I went to throw our trash away, but the only garbage can there was so full that trash was coming out of the front of it. Other than that, the cashier was friendly and the coffee was quite good.
You guys really need to use a better music playlist. “Low” and “Till I collapse” is not what we’re looking for.
Nice little place for a quick breakfast or a snack. A little pricey but it's the area it's in.
Every time I’ve come here I’ve left with a watery $9 coffee and a broken heart. The coffee is not great and it’s SO expensive. They charge too much for flavor and alternative milk and they can’t pull a good shot of espresso. I can’t vouch for this place 😔 They earned 2 stars because out of the 5 times I’ve been here they made a decent coffee once.
House coffee to go. Tasty but not very hot. Nice people!
They make the worst chai latte I have ever tasted. It was so bitter I couldn’t drink it. When I asked for something else after drinking only one sip, they charged me for the replacement. The banana bread tastes like a banana extract and not real bananas. The cheese danish was tasty. I suggest having it warmed, if you come here. Starbucks seems a better option to be honest.
Coffee is just not good. They charge upscale prices and then serve McDonalds quality. I gave it two tries to be sure. Just recommend you don’t waste your money like I did.
Fun coffee place, so many things on draft, I had a nitro cold brew that was perfect, my husband had the dirty thiger thai tea, which was also amazing (though I would get it without the dusting of cinnamon)
The staff here were super friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu to help you order. I was disappointed they didn't have many vegan options as far as food wise goes, but it you're looking for just drinks, I would recommend here. The strawberry lemonade is super sweet and refreshing on a hot day. Coffee drinks were also very good as well.
Excellent coffee, indoor outdoor seating. Outdoor seating is shielded by a building so you don't have to worry about getting too hot. Indoors there are many outlets on the wall and the floor to power your computer. I did not sample the food but it looked tasty. The coffee was flavorful and not burned like that other coffee place that rhymes with marbucks. The only downside is that the music is LOUD. I think the music is jacked up to over 75-80 dB in order to limit people from loitering. For some reason the employees don't want people sticking around to read or work on their computers. This is a south Tampa thing because the location in YBOR is cozy and does not commit an auditory assault.
Although food and drinks were good. Very unorganized and it took an hour to get a breakfast sandwich… Not the place to come if you’re in a rush.
We were in Hyde park on Sunday morning and was looking for a coffee place to have coffee. We saw Blind Tiger Cafe near us and we already had coffee before at The blind tiger cafe at different location so we were confident about getting an amazing coffee at The Blind Tiger Cafe. The cafe had an amazing atmosphere with beautiful decorated cafe. The cafe offers different coffee options along with quick bites. The cafe was full with people enjoying the coffee and bites. From the menu we ordered Hot Cappuccino with Oat Milk and Butterscotch flavor and Dirty Thaiger. The order was quick and soon we got our coffee. First we got our Hot Cappuccino which was delicious with butterscotch flavor and freshly roasted coffee. Then we had our Dirty Thaiger which is more like Thai Tea and it was delicious. Amazing coffee and coffee was also freshly brewed with great taste.
Frequented by lots of college-aged kids, it would seem. I ordered a cold brew with some oat milk in it and that was lovely. My fiance ordered the Dirty Thaiger and that was a huge disappointment. The Thai tea flavor was overpowered by the cinnamon in the drink which, I should add, is not a traditional part of Thai tea. It was also too mildly sweet to get a good taste of either the Thai tea or the coffee in the drink. It makes me sad that this may be some folks' first encounter with anything Thai tea and it isn't authentic... Would go back for the cold brew. Would stay far away from the Dirty Thaiger.
Paid $20 for a coffee and sandwhich for there to be a fly in my food. Probably won’t be back.
Although the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, we were not overwhelmed with the place. It was just kind of boring and didn't make an impression that would make us want to return. Although we dined in, they served our coffee in to-go cups which is a turn off for me. For some reason, also, I could not order a dairy free version of a cafe con leche.
Really good Vanilla Latte and a friendly staff! Would definitely go back to try more
Advertises pour over on menu. Refused to make me one because it was a weekend. Wasn’t even busy.
so wonderful! absolutely adored the atmosphere and the barista who took my order was the sweetest. 10/10 such a great experience here!
Mikayla and Roger always Go over and beyond with customer service always makes me feel welcomed, They are the reason I keep coming back & the coffee too of Course!
This place is way overhyped. My avocado toast was so burnt and not even edible and my cafe con leche was basically all milk and ice. Just another gimmicky coffee place. 1/10
