Un lugar calido para tomarse un cafe y leer.
I absolutely loved my Matcha swirl drink for the summer, they have a wide menu of coffee choices, sweet treats and I’m definitely coming back to try some other different flavors! I love the motif and the vibe, the staff was so personable, and I highly recommend everyone to stop by and try a coffee! 🍵☕️😍
GREAT FOR WORKING ON A PROJECT OR JUST CHILLING WITH A COOKIE AND COFFEE. The mango fuzzy smoothie is to die for and the caramel hot latte with shot of espresso phenomenal. I did order a cold drink but I forgot it. Gives me a reason stop in again soon! Love the staff so friendly and inviting!!
NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP "manager" Michelle is very rude and disrespectful to the staff who bend over backwards to run the store for her, as well as neglecting customers with her "good enough" mindset and giving out sub-par/incorrect coffee + food items. My coffee was burnt tasting and she refused to remake it. Wonderful baristas work here but are unfortunately held back by a negative power-tripping manager who refuses to make things right and take responsibility for her actions and inaction. DO BETTER!
Awful management. Really disappointing for the baristas that work there. Y’all deserve so much better! Seeing the way the management speaks to the employees is upsetting. I will be going to a different location for coffee. The coffee and baristas are lovely but they deserve a better manager and a better work environment.
Management (Michelle specifically) is insanely rude and disrespectful to their baristas. I would support this business if they supported their hard-working employees and treated them with the respect they deserve. -1/5 if possible. Get better management!!!
My flight drinks were delicious. Spinach egg bites not so much.

Worst customer service at 4th street and Hillsborough location.The st Pete location the manger was so rude and shows the reflection of the owners policy’s. They didn’t want to refund me or make it right. Luckily I disputed the charge with my bank. Lost my business for good! I was a loyal customer and will make sure to let others know.
The staff was nice and the coffee was good, but the breakfast sandwich took a very long time to come out and when it did it was burnt.
Very disappointed in this establishment. My friend bought a green RAW juice, $11. It tasted terrible. I asked if she could switch it out, as it was un-drinkable. I asked if she could switch it and they said no. $11 drink and she couldn't drink it. I just find it wild they wouldn't exchange it or offer something else. Coffee is good though. Just that one thing will keep me from coming back though unfortunately.

I absolutely love the decorations inside and the baristas are super nice. I visit here all the time when i come home from college and love trying new drinks. The signature blend cold brew is one of my go-to's and it's always fun to try the newest coffee flight. I haven't tried the fusion drinks yet but that's on my to-do list for next time!

My girlfriend and I live nearby and frequent this location. The seating is horrible and one of the bathrooms is perpetually broken, but the staff is always friendly. Today I ordered my usual, a vanilla latte (not a induce-a-diabetic-comma latte), and it came out with more sugar than usual, too much to drink. I asked if they could remake it, and the manager refused. I asked if I could get a refund. Again, the manager refused on top of being condescending. (What cafe refuses to remake a drink that was made incorrectly?) I left, and my girlfriend and I don't plan on returning to this location of the Blend. We regularly spent at least $20 when we visited. Now, they'll loss out on about $20 every other week over a $4 drink. That's just bad business.
service is too slow, needs a sense of urgency. Only one person using the coffee press. Ordered a large iced latte, took about 15 minutes and after the 15 minute wait they gave me a hot latte. They did offer to fix it but I really wasn't going to waste another 15 minutes for them to make another one. Probably wouldn't go back just based off the amount of time it took to make the drink.
Love The Blend! I’m so excited one opened near my house! The Pink Hawaiian is my favorite but I love the different drinks they have in rotation! The food is great too! Paige is super friendly and always gives great recommendations! Also a great place to work too!
Great atmosphere, great drink and food options but this is the 3rd time I’ve had something wrong with my order. Either they are out of something I ordered online, or they give me something different entirely that wasn’t asked for. Edit: I’ve returned on multiple occasions and everything was right! They give me a pup cup for my lil bean as well. Always super appreciated 💚
The coffee tastes the most traditional like the stuff I got back home in Seattle. I appreciate that it tastes like coffee and and sugary flavored milk. I asked a few questions about the coffee and the Barista's had no idea who roasted the coffee or the actual difference between white espresso beans and dark roast espresso beans. Which is disappointing to not have someone understand the difference and be able to help customers make informed decisions. But the coffee is good.
Honestly the coffee is on point but if you order anything to-go, check it then re check it. The food is constantly missing something or it’s the wrong item completely.
