I would like to be able to give this place higher marks unfortunately that would not be honest. They are always really friendly, but they need to do a better job of keeping their lobby clean. One time we were there none of the tables were clean and there was trash on the floor. Some of the food and beverages are really good, but some are not. The apple cinnamon scones are good and they have a really great Reese's mocha. However, it's really been a hit or miss. Sometimes even the things you enjoyed before are not good. For instance, they have had really good bagel breakfast sandwiches in the past unfortunately the last few we have gotten there have been cold, almost frozen in the middle. My son tasted something bitter or sour on his Also, they actually got our order wrong. I imagine they would have fixed these things, but we didn't tell them. My teenage son really likes coming here, but I think we've all decided we've given them enough second chances. I don't think we'll be coming back.
Since my previous review, Sips has started using styrofoam cups and food containers. I won't be going back. OLD REVIEW I love going to a local business and the coffee is better than the chains!
Absolutely gem of a place for coffee lovers. Been there multiple times and tried variety of coffee, muffins, cream cheese, brownies and was never disappointed. Orange cranberry and double chocolate muffin are my personal fav. They have quite a number of options for a small cafe. I always wait for the pumpkin season of pumpkin spice latte here. Not a lot of place to sit as it pretty small cafe. Service is quick and efficient. staff is always welcoming and cheerful.
I used to love this place! And was always sending everyone their way... long story short, the business was sold and is under new management. I have been left very unsatisfied with my last 2 visits. My cofee drinks tasted like a cup of milk with a splash of flavor. The quality has def gone down since prior owners. Dont think I will be back or sending anyone there anylonger.
$12 got me a large iced latte and a bagel with cream cheese. I asked for double toasted which it was not and asked for half and half and coffee was super dark. I asked again to clarify and was told it was half and half yet every order after matched my coffee color. Coffee tasted bitter and burnt. Asked for sugar and got 2 packets, no stir stick, no napkins and on tiny packet of cream cheese. I was highly disappointed. Nice space and kept clean but. Quality was way off I paid way more than I would have at Starbucks and was not happy
Coffee drinks are great, but the interior is sadly uninspired. Stick to the drive-thru window. The servers are excellent and knowledgeable and the best thing about this place.
Have been a regular at this mom and pop place since they opened many years ago. Always a great experience. Favorite drinks is Sips mocha, hot with whipped creme.
I can not get enough of this place! My #1 choice to get my coffee and refreshers really just everything because everything they have is so tasty, and you can really tell its made to make the customer happy. The staff are beyond the nicest, most helpful I have ever had the pleasure to serve me. I have tried so many different things here, I really love the iced matcha latte! Asiago bagel there is my favorite. The poppyseed muffin is delicious also! So many amazing choices the list goes on and on! I would choose them over Starbucks or dunkin everyday all day any day!

This used to be a 5+ star coffee shop. So sad that now that it’s switched hands, everything has gone down hill. Besides the fact that it takes 20+ minutes now in the drive thru, when you finally get up to the window they don’t know that you have already ordered with the kid that came outside to take the order. I also think it’s SUPER important to make sure you give someone an alternative milk if they order it! We miss Karen!

I am an avid Starbucks drinker but sips is on my way to work so I stopped for the first time a few months ago. Since then I go every opportunity I can. The coffee is fantastic and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. I’ve gone numerous times with my diabetic dog in the car and they always offer him a pup cup (even though unfortunately he can’t have it) but they are always very accommodating by putting the bacon from my breakfast sandwich on the side so I can give it to him as a treat instead! Really really great local coffee shop!
I went sips From great reviews . But, after I tested coffee, I wondering why people wrote good reviews, I bought 1cup regular coffee and 1cup 3 shots espresso +1 bagel charge me total $15 , Coffee testing just like water, even my 3 shots espresso with steam milk, taste too light, I won’t go back again! I just thought there coffee was terrible, and price too high for lowest quality coffee
Love all of the coffee drinks iced, frozen and hot. My favorite is Sips Mocha and Flamingo.
I drove over 30 minutes and I will do it again over and over! The frozen toasted marmallow latte was 10/10.
A small coffee shop with a fantastic value. Inside seating is very bare bones, with a "fake grass aesthetic", but the food and coffee more than make up for it. The bread on my sandwich and croissant were soft on the inside, crunchy on the out as if it was just made today (unsure if it actually is). The coffee itself was great, with options for sugar free, oat milk, or extra flavor shots, it's easy to get something you want and can enjoy. Customer service was efficient and kind to us, giving plenty of time to observe the menu and order what we wanted even though it was our first time. Will be planning to come back here with friends as a chill spot for sure.

Delicious!!! I had a latte and my husband had a cappuccino and we both agreed they were beyond delicious. Great service and great coffee! Highly recommend!
This place used to have great coffee, now it’s under new management. The coffee doesn’t taste as good it was, it has a sour taste. The coffee cake doesn’t taste good like the one they had before.
Great creative espresso drinks and very friendly staff. Nice jazz playing in the background.
