I like this place, they have real coffee with good choices
Jenna and Chelsey always make me and my service dog feel welcome. The coffee is delish and they always bring my order to my table, which is super helpful so I don’t have to wrangle dog and coffee

I like the somewhat quieter atmosphere with a more subtle jazz classical type music compared to the loud music played at all starbucks now. The double espresso is delicious too!
Only place that makes an iced cappuccino the RIGHT way!! They seriously have the best quick, drive thru coffee in south tampa, skip Starbucks and try Kahwa!!
Friendly service. Prompt service even in the drive through and everything thing is very tasty.
Best coffee shop around imo! When I don’t have time to make my own at home, this is the only place I’ll come to. STARBUCKS IS LITERALLY TRASH compared to Kahwa! Flavors aren’t even close! I come here all the time and they always do a great job with my drink, they’re always nice… Jasmine, Kenzie, Nate, Katherine, and Kira always hold it down! There is no Kahwa without them, believe that! Most likely would’ve never came back if it wasn’t for them! Stay up y’all!

Got the red pepper and goat cheese quiche with the iced chai latte - 10/10.
First and last time that we go to this location. The coffee is average but the service 👎🏻 Went with my husband and we ordered our coffees with some pastries, when I tasted my coffee I noticed that I wanted it stronger so my husband went to order and pay for an extra shot. The employee told him “no worry I’ll take care of it” my husband responded “are you sure?” and the employee responded “Yes”. My husband returned to the table and the lady that was there making coffees I’m assuming she’s the barista shouted from the counter “Sir do you want an extra shot? You have to pay for that”… shouted that like we were looking for free extra shots. Very rude and disrespectful, she needs to learn some manners. We are coffee lovers and we like to try new spots around Tampa, and this was a disappointment. I’m literally leaving the place while writing this review.
I like it better when this place was a Wendy’s. The girl working yesterday morning 03/06/2023 is insanely lazy, apathetic, and rude; on the phone and in person. All of the drinks were gross. The food had less preparation and effort to put together properly than a McDouble full of items you requested to specifically not have on it. I can’t speak about this chain but I can about this location. If you wanna charge Starbucks prices, maybe have some Starbucks quality and customer service. Had that girl been the slightest bit decent or the quality of the drinks & food had been a bit better, my office would have made this place a regular work run.
Employee wasn’t very friendly and iced matcha latte was bland you can barely taste the matcha.
I was the only car in the drive-through. I ordered and pulled to the window. The girl told me my total and I gave her my card, then she said “do you want to leave a tip for the team?“ She really put me on the spot and it was awkward and kind of offputting. However, I said yes to add 20%. Then I sat for five minutes and listened to her and two other girls just gossip right at the window and after that she said it’s going to be longer to pull up and wait for it. The owner/ manager of this place needs to make changes immediately. Either pay the employees more or get a different credit card system that allows the customer to make that choice without being pressed for it.

Normally this is my favorite coffee shop in tampa! I love the spot, the staff is always awesome, and I always get a 20 ounce iced matcha latte. However this morning when I was excited to get my favorite drink, I was unfortunately greeted by a very unhappy employee at the drive through who was not kind to me at all. I felt very unwelcomed and was unsure of why I was treated the way I was. When my drink was made hot and i asked for it iced, It clearly made the worker annoyed, and then I received an extremely milked down not very tastey matcha latte. Unlike any I had ever had at this location before. Matcha isnt cheap, so I was bummed it wasnt what I normally get here. I understand everyone has had days, but I think it’s important to keep in mind that kindness is key. I was having a great morning and that rudeness kind of turned my happiness upside down. Just wanted to let you know so no other customers have this experience.
First impression was; wow, what a large and spacious coffee shop. It’s clearly large enough to be a casual dining restaurant; but the atmosphere is spacious, open, and inviting. The house black coffee was great, I had a madeleine pastry along with it and that was delicious. Will visit more often.

Great coffee. I wish they'd asked if I'd wanted cream and sugar, because I'm an idiot and forgot to ask - but the atmosphere, location, and service were great :) I hope they serve guava pastries in the future!! :)
