Lovely place to stop in for a pastry and coffee! Everyone is super friendly and helpful and everything I've gotten there has been delicious. Love the outside seating area.
It's my go to coffee shop downtown. I wanted to also share some photos from my walk around the area this morning. Ummm, coffee. I would rate the "food a 3", it's very yummy but not on a five star level for dinning. It's coffee shop items. The coffee is always delicious and my favorite. Worth a five star rating. Since coffee is "food" I wanted to clarify a bit. It's a coffee shop, my food rating is for the coffee. The muffins and cookie style items are 4 stars. The staff is what makes the place though. Without them it's just good coffee and snacks.
My favorite coffee shop in Tampa. Amazing coffee, I love the muffins. The staff is always smiling and treat me with amazing hospitality. They even remember my usual order every time. I go almost every day now.

I don’t visit this location often but when I do, I never seem to get a friendly staff member. I order ground coffee online from Kahwa every month and I love the fast delivery and quality of their coffee but this location is disappointing when it comes to customer service.
Coffee is solid, but the chick who took my 2 drink order was very confused and charged me for 3, then just told me I have an extra now. Wasn't worth the trouble, but come on now, that's simple stuff

Large selection of vegan baked goods and several milk alternatives, including oat, almond, and coconut. Service is friendly and fast. (We devoured half an amazing slice of vegan zucchini bread before i remembered to take the photo 😬)
I enjoyed this coffee shop. It was cute, clean and spacious. The coffee was great (iced americano with sugar free vanilla). There’s a station with sugar & powder options and cream. The barista helping me was so so, didn’t seem so excited to be at work, I only note this because it makes a difference to have a friendly welcome and helpful customer service. Small patio outside as well but it was overtaken by creepy men
Glad we came here instead of FourBucks. Everything we got was great: iced coffee, iced latte, iced tea. Staff is very friendly as well.
Incredibly happy with the service and quality of food. The turkey cheese croissant is so delicious and filling! I love that they show case artists work every month!
*Great Ambience Meets, Wonderful Flavor* This was my first Kahwa experience and it left a lasting impression. Found on the corner of E Polk street in downtown Tampa this coffee shop was humming on Sunday morning. Upon entering my wife and I were greeted with friendly smiles. The menu was simple and they were advertising an iced Hawaiian option. We ordered and walked our way around that eye catching circular centerpiece brew station/cashier place there is a lot to be seen. From local artwork to comfortable seating, this place is great. We picked up our order and to my great pleasure that iced coffee option was spectacular. It reminded me of Hawaiian coffee I’ve had in the past but, the flavor when paired with almond milk was a 10/10! This place is well worth the visit if you found yourself in downtown Tampa!
We are retired, and enjoy time on the Riverwalk in Tampa. Whenever we are in the area, we stop at the Kahwa Coffee located on N. Tampa St., just a few blocks off the Riverwalk. GREAT coffee, cookies (shown) etc., and just a neat place to hang out. GREAT job guys!
