Place was closed very disappointed I. Love this coffee house when I lived up north

Been here twice on the way to work. I shouldn't have returned for my 2nd visit, but was reassured why I won't come back. The coffee was cold both times (I ordered cappuccinos). Also the place where you add cream and stuff was disgusting, and smelled like spoiled milk. Also, on my first visit I ordered a breakfast sandwich - never again! For one, it was still frozen in the middle, and my first bite tasted like absolute butt. Really gross. I didn't even talk to the employees to have them re-heat it because it looked like they didn't really care, and also I didn't want to taste any more of it. I'll stick to any other coffee shop but Caribou.
