Completely unable to properly prepare an order. If your life depended on it, it would still come out wrong :)
Great bagels, bad customer service. It always takes forever to get your order and no one seems to care. Just left and only 1 employee was working/cared. Other 2 had attitude and just walked around. Feel bad for the employees that care enough to try. Management needs to tighten up
Unfortunately I won’t be able to return until they address the hygiene of the younger male employee. I see several previous reviews about it as well. His nails are constantly long and filthy and it is stomach turning to watch him prepare food. I can’t imagine how this is not a larger food safety issue.
I regret taking so long to try this place, very very good. Everyone has been nice and helpful, I really do enjoy going here.
Third straight time my order for a plain bagel with butter was wrong. Since they aren’t interested in bothering to get an order correct I won’t bother trying again.
Great little bagel shop. Had fun watching the bagels get made. But busy because they were short-staffed, but worth the wait.

This has by far been the best breakfast bagel I’ve ever had ! I stumbled upon the “Catch of the Day” which I believe is bacon , guacamole, egg white , and tomato paste . But being that I’m vegan I removed the bacon and egg whites and just added lettuce & onions and it was to die for ! Such a burst of flavor in the tomato paste and the everything bagel blended everything all together so amazingly. Definitely recommend you guys try this out 10/10 .
Friendly staff. Quality of bagels just not there anymore. I remember the use to be full and fluffy. Not anymore.

Lately, it just hasn't been the same experience. Bagels are still great, but the atmosphere and the service just hasn't been great lately. I hope they can turn it around because i love the bagels.
We didn’t stop to eat but I got locked out my car this day and noticed them they had already closed for day so I didn’t bother to knock. But a young man came out the back to throw trash away and saw me and my 1 year old twins trying to kill time until someone came and helped. This boy took the time to let us in to an already closed bagel shop and the mom made sure we were comfortable away from the summer heat outside. They gave my boys chocolate milk and waited with us till help came. I don’t care much if the foods good they have made a lasting impression on this mom by extending their hand and helping this mom out when needed the most. You don’t find people like that and I never go their names but I wanted to say thank you just thank you for being such great humans.
