Personally I love the coffee but the customer service is spotty. Came today (memorial day) and they were open but when I pulled to the window they laughed and said they had closed at 4. It was not 4 yet and I am in my power company work truck so I said that it's not 4 yet and she just stared at me. Needless to say I left empty handed. While I understand wanting to close on time- it's coffee, not a full meal , and they were not working alone. If I was the owner that type of service would not be okay with me. Especially servicing a small town and having Dunkin donuts adjacent. But here I go to Gainesville - out to find another option.
Ellianos is my Snicker's Bar when I need a pick me up or attitude adjustment hahaha. I am a coffee lover, and while each person has their own taste preferences, this one appeals to mine. The staff is friendly every time I visit. Yes, it can be slow sometimes, but with the amount of people that visit, I cant blame them for getting backed up from time to time. Great tasting, friendly staff, when I am in Starke, I always stop by.

Very nice & considerate worker's & the place is very inviting , services are absolutely five star's , I always start early in the morning's & they already know what I want before I pull up. Highly recommended.

You MUST try a Large Spicy Chai (with almond milk and a shot of expresso). It's better and creamier than Starbucks
I love Ellianos but this location is always out of everything. They aren’t open on Sundays like other locations. I drive 40 minutes away vs 20 minutes because I cant count on this location to have guilt free options or favorite flavors.

Ellianos is hands down my favorite coffee so I’m sad about writing this review. This location does not offer sugar free options in Chai. If Ellianos is a franchise shouldn’t they all serve the same items?

I love the Baristas! And I love Mike the owner! They have become like family! I go almost everyday they're open. I'd go Sundays if I could. I drive from out of town to see them! They make it worth it! Thanks 1000 🌟

Love love love their frozen coffees and smoothies, only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the list 3x we've went, they seem out of quite a bit, especially pumpkin flavor.....I really want my pumpkin frozen coffee before it leaves.

We stopped when passing thru Stark amd and ordered 4 different drinks. All of the drinks were done correctly and served quickly. Delicious.
Good coffee place, bagels yummy but they really need to pay attention what the customer says. A few times I have been there and order and got the wrong smoothie or extra item I didn't ordered. Overall great staff and good drinks Update: i keep getting cold breakfast sandwiches.. so I haven't been back.
