Simply the best espresso in St.Pete, Intermezzo is my husband & I’s #1 spot for coffee & a nice work spot. The entire staff is wonderful but Judah in particular goes above & beyond each time we visit. We recently moved to Florida, Judah made us feel like regulars from day one and we keep coming back :) Thank you Judah!
Hands down one of the best cocktail and coffee bars. Great, young, trendy, and relaxed atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor seating. They sometimes have DJs. Amazing happy hour daily from 4 to 7.
pretty good atmosphere and enjoyed the coffee. i came in for the first time a few weeks ago for a quite work place and everyone was sweet and helped me decide what to order
I ordered the Ube Matcha latte because it was the recommended drink of the day and after I paid and got my drink, I just wanted to make sure that whatever Ube mix/extract used was gluten free because I have Celiacs. I asked the barista just to make sure to which she replied, “it should be, but if you get sick and die you can just sue the place.” In her defense, she said it jokingly but it made me very uncomfortable and I threw the drink out because she gave me no confidence in knowing what I was drinking. Again, she said it as a joke but for someone with allergies, I can promise you the joke won’t land 😅
You gotta try their Kyoto japanese slow-drip coffee. It's amazing.
Absolutely adore this spot! Great remote workday spot with fantastic coffee as well as beautifully crafted coffee cocktails if you are feeling spicer in the evening. Staff is super friendly as well.

UPDATE: the barista (Frankie) made me a custom vegan plant based drink bc I mentioned I tried it at another café. So so sweet 🥹 Intermezzo is my go to spot for studying, coffee, tea, matcha, and drinks. The baristas / bartenders go over the top to make customers feel welcome and well taken care of! Great vegan milk alternatives too including oat milk. 10/10!!
The gal at the counter recommended a chicken and coconut sandwich and it was amazing. Service was good. Kind people.

A welcome Oasis as your walking the many shops along Central. A great selection of Coffees, cordials and craft cocktails
This place is must go!!!! Tequila Coffee. This is bomb Coffee had 2 of them and they had feeling nice .
Nice and chill place to have a coffee or a drink. We ordered a latte and a chocolate cookie. Coffee was good but the cookie not so much, it had like a floral taste.
One of the best places to grab a cocktail in St Pete. Simple, quality drinks done professionally but not pretentiously. Got a daiquiri and Negroni today, both excellent as usual.

They need an “order here” sign. I stood in front of the register thinking this is where I could get served like most places and everyone ignored me. A barista asked me if I wanted to order a coffee I said a cocktail and he said he doesn’t do cocktail orders and wouldn’t even give it to the bartender. Even so I was standing there in plain sight and no one working would help me. I had to wave over a bartender to make an order. It’s just bad service period. In the past service was better
Intermezzo is a stunner, and I love how involved they are in the community with their markets, seasonal concepts, etc. I came in to spend the morning working and they were out of a few teas, but otherwise pleasant as always, and love the white walls / natural light to feel productive!
We are local & love to come to Intermezzo :) The employees are so extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had a concern about my latte, and the bartender so kindly listened and fixed it right away! It made us love this place even more, just because of their awesome customer service.
