Very nice staff, excellent coffee and food!
My son and I love trying out coffee shops, so we stopped here after driving by it every week for the past couple months. The verdict: freaking amazing! I had an iced chai latte with sweet foam, and my son had the frozen Tuxedo. Our only regret is that we didn't order larger sizes! We both agree that it's superior to Starbucks (and we love Starbucks) and some local coffee shops. Service was quick and friendly; reasonable prices. We can't wait to come back!

Friendly staff and good coffee. It's a bit of a drive from our house but worth it when I feel like treating myself to a specialty coffee.

I love this place so much. I don’t even live in the area anymore but my husband come here every time we visit my parents for the weekend…and most of the time at least twice in one weekend 😂. AMAZING coffee, great and friendly service. Starbucks quality for a better price and more efficiency. I wish I had this near me!

When this place 1st opened I was very happy & very pleased. It was very nice to have a different coffee shop in the area. Their coffees, bagel breakfast sandwiches & service were all very good. I frequented them 3-4 times/week. After they had been open for about 4-6 weeks & gained their customer base, they turned into your typical business... "fluff" your product & service to gain that client base, then cut back on the amount of product served & sub-par service once established. This says nothing more to me than a business that does NOT care for their customers at all! At the beginning, they would put 3 FULL slices of ham on their ham, egg, cheese bagel sandwich, then once they got established in the area they cut that back to only 3 HALF slices with the same price! And as always, you can only expect prices to go up! Went today, ordered my usual, an iced flavored coffee w/oat milk the young girl charged me, took my money, only to come back a few minutes later to say "I'm sorry but we don't have any oatmilk for your drink." Well, if you are going to charge extra for a milk substitute, then you better check AND know if you have the product BEFORE you charge a customer for it! Then she says, "I'm sorry, but we can't give a refund!" Really!? But you can charge for something you don't have! Have given this place 4 extra chances after my last 4 visits were nothing but poor food/service. Won't be going back!

I have stopped here a few times while in the area. I love Ellianos, but I am not a fan of the coffee at this location. I have come on separate occasions and my coffee tastes either flavorless or watered down. UPDATE: I have recently changed my review from a three star to a five star. Shannon, the AA, reached out to me via email in regards to my experience at this location. She was very professional and was very concerned about my visit. She insisted on making things right and providing me with a refund. I did not take the refund offer, but I did take her up on the offer to remake my drinks. They were perfect on this visit. The girls who were in the drive thru (left side) provided exceptional customer service and knew that I would be coming to have my drinks remade. I didn’t get their names, but I arrived on 2/1 around 5:30pm. Kudos to both of you. I also purchased a blueberry muffin as well and it was delicious. Thanks to Ellianos for making things right.

I had high hopes for Elliano’s. I was unfortunately let down at my first visit. I posted a less than stellar review and they were very responsive and friendly, which goes a long way. My next visit was much better, and the service and food was great!
UPDATE: I updated my review since the owner reached out & handled the situation very professionally. I was so excited to try this coffee stand since I’m from the PNW and have visited the orange park location. The coffee is never consistently made and the customer service needs some serious improvement. My last straw was when I ordered 4 drinks and all of them were not steamed correctly. They were all Luke warm. I went back since I paid $20 for those drinks, only to be given attitude and be told to pull forward and wait an additional 15 min for them to remake them. Even after they remade them, all of the drinks were half filled with milk and the rest with foam. The rolling of the eyes and attitude needs to be checked at the door when your dealing with the public.

Had a great first time experience. The Cafe Mocha was delicious and the customer service was great. Will definitely be coming back to try out the rest of their menu, especially those Red Bull drinks!
