Friendly service, excellent food, and great coffee. What else can one ask for?
I wish we had discovered this place sooner. It is the cutest little neighborhood coffee shop with the best cafe con leche and muffins. It is now a weekly ritual that I so look forward to! Do yourself a favor and check out Southie Coffee - you won’t regret it.
Smoothies are excellent at both the Seminole and Clearwater locations. Clearwater has a slightly larger footprint and that allows for more relaxed seating. Staff at both locations are friendly!

Vegan options. Some vegan baked goods. The s’mores cookie was good but didn’t think it tasted like s’mores. Caramel vanilla iced latte was good. The best was the Vegan Sammy. After the first one had to get another! The vegan nutty smoothie was good too. Peanut butter, chocolate mocha.
I love this place. It's a little coffee shop in Seminole, but the biggest in friendliness. Working on building the clear sky across the parking lot I've gone there numerous times for my coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The staff there are super friendly, my coffee is perfect everytime, and the food is delicious. Just sucks that I live in another county or I would go everyday.

Was not good coffee, even after extra shots. I tried a couple of times. Really good muffins.
The iced lavender decaf latte is amazing!!! I want another one right now! I also had a delectable Nutella pillow pastry.
A good coffee, espcially the southie (a Latte w/ flavoring). Love that they have Gluten Free snack options as well!
Pricing was a little high for what it was. The cinnamon roll was a boring out of the box Pillsbury roll but they charged $4+ for it.

Let me first say that this is only the best coffee shop EVER!!! Not only are their coffee and tea blends superb, but their customer service is amazing. Jackson in particular is an absolute rock star. He takes out time to get to know the customers by name and remeber their orders by heart. He has always greeted me with a smile and good energy. I usually get the vegan sammy and chai tea latte, and sweets on occasion......DeLiCiOuS!! It's a very comfy and cozy set up on the inside of the shop. It has table and chairs, as well as sofas, and single cushioned furniture. The free wifi makes working away from home so convenient. I absolutely love this place. Don't just take my word for it, go and see for yourself.
Me and my wife discovered this little gem when we moved to Seminole months ago. Love this little place. Just found it enjoy everything about it.
My partner and I come to Southie pretty often, it’s very close to where we are staying. We both LOVE the coffee, he gets an oatmilk latte and often gets beans for his coffee at home. I will usually get either a chai latte or the lavender latte and both are amazing! Along with the coffee, everything we have tried from the bakery/kitchen has been incredibly tasty. We both usually get muffins or a cinnamon bun - both are always 10/10. On occasion I’ll grab a lavender cookie as a treat, you have to try it if you enjoy lavender or vanilla. My next trip I’m definitely trying a breakfast sandwich/burrito as when I went with some friends they had some and both enjoyed their breakfast! Overall an amazing local coffee shop, dog friendly, incredible kind staff, best quality coffee, food, and service I could ask for this close to home!
