I got 2 smoothies a strawberry and blueberry. Ordering was easy taking my money was fast. However getting my smoothies was extremely slow. I also ordered 2 muffins They looked good, but they were disgusting. Tasted old and stale. Went straight to the trash. Smoothies were cold. That's about it. Will not be back. The owner has just responded abd fyi it was not busy at all. You need to train your staff to move with quickness.

They didn't have the ingredients for the coffee I wanted or the cups for the size. Picture is of a "medium" sized coffee. Price after tip was just over $5. Coffee was ok. Make sure to ask for sugar. Most flavorings are sugar-free. Was nice to have a car event locally. I'm looking forward to more of them.

The atmosphere of this place is very unique and has an artistic aura. My barista was ‘Kai’ and she was kind, professional and proficient. She made my experience here even more enjoyable, I ordered an iced matcha drink which she made perfectly.

Do not get the eggs benedict. It included half a bagel and one egg that was under cooked. No additional sides included. When it arrived, it was less than warm. The worst and smallest portion egg benedict I ever had for $13.5. All was explained to the manager, who offered to discount the dish by half. Once we already paid, we realized it was only discounted by $2.81. I won’t be returning since this was another bad experience at the vault. The response below is untrue. The manager stated that she could only discount it by half, instead of a full refund, since I already ate the half a bagel. Instead, she applied her employee discount which only discounted it $2.81. I now realize why the place was empty on a sunday morning!

Set inside the historic "Bank of Sebring", this coffee shop features open mic nights, latin nights, and during the day masquerades as a chic bistro with a delectable menu and not a single faire to miss! I would be ashamed if any visitor to the locale were to miss this historic opportunity to visit a building older than any other (except for the theater) in the area!

We came here for the first time a few days ago. Really disappointing first (and probably last) experience. I gave 2 stars because it’s a fantastic location, atmosphere and concept and I’m hoping some constructive criticism can lead to positive change. It took us over an hour to get our food. One sandwich was made with an ingredient one of us asked to not have (out of a food intolerance). Instead of fixing the mistake it was just taken off and the person with the intolerance could taste it still. Another sandwich had the garbage end of a tomato and the center core of the lettuce. The drinks were ordered first but came after we were done eating the meal. And for a place named the coffee vault, the coffee flight ordered was VERY disappointing. The chai tea tasted like a regular cappuccino, the espresso tasted like burnt oil, and the other two coffees tasted like hot water. We thought maybe they were just short staffed that day, but there were very few customers and we noticed multiple staff emerge from the back sporadically. There were two tables that also stood dirty from the moment we got there and were still left full of trash after we left almost two hours later. Like I said, I’m really hopeful that things will change or maybe this day was a weird fluke, but we spent over $100 and then after the disappointing experience we had we got a half hearted apology and mandatory tip… we would’ve tipped anyway but after all we experienced it kind of felt like a slap in the face. Edit: I’m not sure why I’m unable to reply, I’m hoping this edit will be seen by the owner who replied to me. I’m so sorry I did not specify, we were actually there on Saturday not today. We didn’t ask to speak to the manager but we were there with some locals who saw that the manager was in that day. Service just took so long and we had places to be and didn’t have time to stay longer. Our server was very friendly and took our orders quickly, there were just a lot of disappointments that followed af

Been looking forward to trying this place since it opened. Finally made the hour drive and it did not disappoint. Can't wait to try out one of the events on a Friday night. Great good, friendly service, and a hands on owner. Thanks Zach!

This was my 5 star review a year ago: "This is such a wonderful place for a meal. Or just a quick cup of coffee. It's clean, bright, and interesting. The food is great and the coffee is awesome. Check it out when you are on the circle in Sebring." Unfortunately, today I would give it a 1 star, which makes me think it's a little hit or miss, and averages to a 3. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was still great. Our order was taken promptly. But it took nearly an hour and a half to get our food ... and our drinks came our sporadically with last one being out after our meal was finished and we were ready to leave. (We were the only table being served in that time frame.) While the food tasted fine, one of the sandwiches was served with a lettuce core on it and the scrap tomato top, which was not appealing. I might try this place again, but not with out of town visitors because of the inconsistency.

Well I brought my wife downtown, coffee and cinnamon roll. But we ended up ordering something to eat, A Panini sandwich of some kind, seemed homemade great some nice french fries. Nice relaxing atmosphere that’s what I needed, Matthew took care of us and another lady she cooked at Panera it is they’re both great. I think you could spend a little time here and enjoy it. but this is Electa‘s husband I mean,We’re still here downtown is a great place.

Food was good. Espresso machine was down. Ordered a cold brew instead but believe I was handed just iced coffee. I went for lunch a few days prior and the service was better. So not consistent.
