Absolutely horrible and disgusting experience!!!!!!!! I was given the wrong order. They don’t try to differentiate by taking a name or number or anything. I was given an order with two boxes and trusted that it would be my order. I came back to the beach and then called to let them know the order they gave me was incorrect. The manager was VERY rude and iterated that customers should check their orders. Customers should be able to trust that the orders they are given are correct. Yes I could have checked but it should not be necessary. Business refused to give a refund. Will never be going here again.
Sanibel Deli & Coffee was wonderful!
We tried a breakfast sandwich and an Italian sub. Both excellent. Service was good, too! Great spot to grab a bite before hitting the beach.

Not only is the menu super extensive, they have a wide selection of gluten free items too!

Sanibel deli is a necessary visit for anyone on the island! Great iced coffee, and delicious breakfast sandwiches. Wonderful service- the owner is caring and has a great sense of humor. Will definitely be back!
The Sanibel Deli and Coffee Factory is absolutely delightful. The breakfast burritos, cold brew, and friendly atmosphere is the perfect start to any beach day.
One of the only coffee shops on the island that was open when we were there and it did not disappoint! Excellent coffee, delicious breakfast sandwiches, amazing and friendly service! We went every morning and will be back next time we’re on the island!!
Food is great! Customer service lacks, but its understandable sue to the hurricane and being busy.
Excellent food.... A nice spot for sandwich or pizzas 🍕...Great atmosphere and fabulous staff.... I would recommend this spot to everyone.... Stop in a say hi and grab some grub....
Decent breakfast sandwich and coffee. But just a few suggestions for owner: please have the clerk say "hello", "may I help you", or atleast smile at the register. Also that hard Rock music is not appropriate for this potentially quaint venue with mostly senior customers especially in the morning. Lastly, please divert that blast of air conditioning just above the entry door. Oh yeah, and also please wipe the dust off the outside tables every morning.
Will admit to not being a fan prior to the hurricane. However, since the hurricane I have really enjoyed both lunch and breakfast sandwiches. I have tried several different ones, and they have been great.
This places has really good food, Jeff (owner) is all about customer service. He has supported the community by feeding workers free after the hurricane.
Great spot and still open post-Hurricane! The coffee really is the best on the island like it says on their menu. Also had a great bagel sandwich. Ive been working on the island for a couple months and driven past it not realizing it was open and that was a huge mistake. This place is open and has tons of yummy things to choose from!
The chicken cheese steak was fantastic. Had a slice of their homemade lemon cake. If you are on Sanibel island the service is great the prices good.
Best little deli. Food was awesome especially the potato salad.
Came over to sanibel to check out how places we have visited in the past are doing. It will take a while to recover but thanks to all of you at the sanibel deli for taking those first steps back to normalcy. Good comforting food, a place to relax with friends, and a smile and great service. Thanks for being there for us today.
The 10 wings for 10.95 is best deal on island, Italian Panini was great, I had a not great steak bomb but otherwise great food.
OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! A packed house and they were working their butts off!!! Very good food. LOVED the atmosphere and the decor was so fun! Had lunch and can't wait to return for breakfast. STAY STRONG SANIBEL! God Bless you guys and thanks! ❤️
