A Flawless Cup of Joe and Pet-Friendly Charm at Palate Coffee Roasters Palate Coffee Roasters in Sanford, FL, is a hidden gem for coffee lovers seeking a truly exceptional experience. As I found myself in Sanford for my son's wedding, I stumbled upon this cozy café and decided to give their featured drink, "Love Grows (Where My Rosemary Goes)," a try. And boy, was I delighted with the outcome! From the first sip to the last, Palate Coffee Roasters demonstrated their mastery in crafting a flawless cup of coffee. The featured drink, "Love Grows (Where My Rosemary Goes)," was a delightful blend that struck a perfect balance between sweetness and warmth. The flavors harmonized beautifully, making it an ideal choice for those who appreciate nuanced and sophisticated beverages. It wasn't overly sweet, but rather added a subtle and delightful hint of sweetness to the overall flavor profile. The coffee itself was exceptional, a testament to the expertise of Palate Coffee Roasters' skilled roasters. The beans were clearly of high quality, and the freshness was evident in every sip. The flavors were rich, complex, and robust, showcasing the care and precision that goes into their roasting process. The ambiance of Palate Coffee Roasters was equally enchanting. The café had a warm and inviting atmosphere, with a tastefully decorated interior that exuded charm. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about their craft. It was evident that they took pride in their work and were genuinely passionate about serving their customers with top-notch coffee. Additionally, one aspect that truly impressed me about Palate Coffee Roasters was their thoughtfulness towards our furry friends. I had the pleasure of bringing my faithful canine companion, Penny, along for the visit, and to my delight, the café had a dedicated water station already set up for pets. It was heartwarming to see the staff acknowledge and accommodate the needs of four-legged patrons, further enhancing

Arrived to DTS early for an appointment so decided to give this a shot. Pleasant hostess and barista behind the counter, a nice temperature inside and clearly a home for locals. Great nitro cold brew. Blueberry scone was soft and neutral in flavor. cooked perfectly. I grew up with blueberry scones with my grandmother. I was used to a crispier and more flavorful bite, this was different and great all the same.

First time visiting. While parking was a bit of a hassle, once at the location, we were pleased to be greeted warmly. The menu is not large, which typically means that what they do offer is great. Bought a cold brew with Splenda and a hot french vanilla latte. Both were great!! Highly recommended 👌 .

A very cute coffee shop in downtown Sanford! I ordered an iced coffee with vanilla and my fiancé got a nitro cold brew. Both were delicious! Friendly staff and a bright, inviting atmosphere.

One of my favorite coffee shops in the downtown Sanford area. The staff is always very welcoming and the service is excellent. They offer some fantastic coffee and at very reasonable prices. I love their cold brew, it's not too bitter and the flavor of the coffee is fantastic. My wife and I will sometimes come in on Friday mornings and work for a few hours on our laptops and get a coffee and a pastry. It's a great place to meet up with friends for a coffee and to catch up.

I saved Palate Coffee Brewery for a long time and I was finally in Sanford the other day to try it for the first time! Wow, I am impressed! This is definitely one of my new favorite coffee shops in the Orlando area! I tried a unique Valentine’s Day-themed iced coffee drink that had rose petals, rose syrup, and more cool ingredients that I’ve not seen in a coffee before. I always love unique and creative options at a coffee shop and Palate has a lot to choose from! I also really liked the ambiance inside. I really had no complaints - I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in the Sanford area!

Great spot in Sanford to get you a cup of coffee. Everyone in here is really nice and the coffee is good and you get all different types and refills if you sit inside.

Very good coffee. 👍 I was surprised they made me a coffee what majority don't do. Powder spicy chai tea latte. 🍵

The interior decor is unfortunately pretentious, but that alone isn't worth a bad review. We paid an outrageous amount of money for two large drinks which were both mostly ice. Had an iced latte, which was fine, but the iced chai latte we had was outrageously sweet and didn't have a hint of the lovely spices and warmth that make chai so delicious. Both of these beverages were only slightly larger than a small drink at other coffee shops. Truly, an underwhelming experience with uncomfortable service, overpriced drinks and stale atmosphere. The only positive note of our experience were the muffins we got, which I strongly suspect were bought in from another establishment. Will not be returning.

I came to this coffee shop on a Saturday afternoon and ordered a Matcha latte, Café con leche, and a croissant. Everything was fine, except for my Matcha latte that was cold and watery. The other problem was that there was only one person working on a Saturday afternoon and because of this, I had to wait for a long time to order. An advise for the owner: have more people working on the weekend and teach them how to make real artisanal coffee.

Not many choices for Coffee in the downtown area, but i don’t think that would matter, i wouldn’t go anywhere else. I just wish they would open earlier so i could have one every day.
