I have driven past this place many times but never been in until today. It was chosen by a friend who wanted to meet for coffee and catching up post-Covid. The restaurant was not crowded and service was prompt. I wish I could say it was friendly, but I didn't get the feeling the staff was very happy about being there. A member of our party has a medical issue that prohibits her from drinking any caffeine. Unfortunately they were out of decaf coffee, and they couldn't even offer any of their list of six decaf teas. It was really strange, to be honest, and the explanation for the lack of decaf was that it's 'too expensive' to keep stocked? I feel like that's a terrible business decision. It will absolutely keep us from returning. Only one member of our party had food, which they said was good (it looked and smelled wonderful). There are zero vegan options on the menu, though that's not really surprising for a French restaurant. Again, short-sighted in the US in 2023, but unsurprising. I had a latte which was delicious. The last member of our party had tea and was never offered milk, which again was just a lack of attention to detail in their service. It was a disappointing experience, unfortunately. Our search for a good meeting place for coffee and catching up continues.

I bought some toast and an orange juice and it cost 11 dollars….I guess the butter was made out of gold??

The food was good. Our server was very forgetful and absent-minded. She kept us waiting for long and on enquiring they found out she forgot about it. We were served with not so warm food. Then she ended up forgetting about cuban coffee. We reminded and received not so hot coffee. I know man power is tricky these days. Giving 4 stars.

Good omelets. The coffee is good but very different if starbucks or at home coffee is your more usual style.

This is a lovely restaurant with a contemporary flair. It reminds me of the European restaurants that although they are tucked away in centuries-old buildings they transport you to the contemporary world

Came here with my husband for Lattes. Lattes were delicious but after we told our server we just wanted the coffees she proceeded to go into the kitchen and loudly said “ the two person couple is only having coffee so…” you can also hear everything that speak about in the kitchen regarding staff. Not very professional

Used to really enjoy coming here, until recently a statement surfaced from one of your employees, Tiffany Matteson. It really shows that you’re not a family friendly environment, because of the people you have employed.

Good quality food, though portions were small and mostly Ala cart (e.g. $12 for an omelet and no toast or side). Suffering through understaffing, though our waitress was doing her best.

Used to be excellent but recently the staff and recipes have changed a fair bit and quality has gone downhill. More specifically, the waffles are no longer sugar pearl waffles as advertised. Instead they're more like glorified eggo waffles, which I can do at home for $10 cheaper. May try again in a few months and see if they've been able to turn things around.

Where do I begin. We met friends here for a late breakfast. I'll start with the good. The cappuccino was delicious! And the flavored cofees were made well. However, everything after that was not. The food was served cold. Our waitress brought the wrong food to our table several times. She was having a bad day or should not be in this profession as she kept bringing dishes that were not ours. The breakfast was mediocre for the price. I will give it one more opportunity to see if they just had an off day. But if you are going just for coffee you will enjoy!

I have gone 2x to try to get boba. First time I got there over an hour after they opened and I had to wait 20 minutes for my drink because they did not have the boba prepared yet. The espresso machine was also out and the first flavor I asked for was out. The second time I went I walked in and they let me know they know close early but the open sign was on and the sign on the door still had the old hours. I will be back because I love boba, I just hope the experience improves.

Waited 20 minutes for a milk tea, but the servers were pleasant.

Good food, terrible customer service. We had a 5 person party and two of us (including a small child), didn’t get our meal until an hour after we ordered. When the meals finally arrived, the order was still incorrect. I kindly suggested they take the meals off the check, the most they would do was to discount it. They clearly have some learning to do about customer service best practices.

Disappointed in myself for not taking pictures of the plates of food when they were served. First, only one waitress was present and she worked hard trying to keep things moving. The kitchen was very slow in their delivery. Maybe short on staff there as well. The food was good with emphasis on presentation but scarce on the actual food on the plate. One of our party was served a wrong order. It was sent back and our member waited and waited and waited. When the correct order a croissant was delivered... It was burned and very over cooked. Cannot say just say of the six of us in our party, only one person will revisit this restaurant.

Coming from Chicago where if you go to a bakery it’s made fresh. I don’t understand why this restaurant charges five dollars for a not only not fresh but also not made in house croissant that comes in a pack of frozen croissants five dollars for some thing they doesn’t even have almonds on top and any fruit inside just a plain croissant horrific

Being from France, I really really appreciate the delicacy of the flavors, if you’re looking for a delicious and tasty light food, this is the place to go!
