Such a poorly run place. Went at noon. They dump their decaf coffee at 11. Cannot cut a sandwich in half and they will not provide paper plates. I felt like I was back in a high school cafeteria.
When I arrived I was welcomed immediately with open loving arms! I didn’t feel like I was walking on eggs shells around the staff who were very friendly and patient. The prices were great and the service was even quicker with me just cashing out and then having my food hot and ready! I would definitely be coming back and recommend this establishment to all!
This place rocks! It doesn't matter when you go. The sandwiches are always made with love. Great Management+Great Employees=HAPPY CUSTOMER

Bagels are fantastic- servers good, pretty friendly. My only issue the cleanliness- looks run down and could use a good cleaning! Especially bathrooms. Tough to sit at dirty tables and feel good about what u r eating.
Messed up my order and gave me two of the same thing instead of what I had ordered. Food tasted kind of bland. Also, not enough healthy offerings. Probably won’t be back to another Einstein Bagels.
I stopped in with a couple of co-workers and enjoyed the bagels so much so I decided to purchase a couple more to bring home.

They ignored my online order. Made me late for work, when they made my iced coffee they used no ice, my farmhouse bagel was not made right. Not friendly workers.
Absolutely love this place I just wish there were locations closer to me.
