I ordered food and a smoothie and had to request a refund. They had gave my food to another person after waiting for a little long. They at least could’ve told me that they accidentally gave the food to another person instead of me having to wait even more and having to over hear that my food was given out to another group. Two minutes before requesting for a refund I had gotten my smoothie but that wasn’t even a smoothie it was like if it was sitting on the counter since I ordered it or they just don’t know how to make a smoothie. On top of that my refund was given and then y'all continue to take the money out of my account after receiving my refund on my card. Highly disappointed. Stay blessed.
Wow, we went for the coffee and tea but were surprised and delighted by the eclectic variety of sweet and savory baked goods including meat pies and Middle East specialties. The Americano and Macchiato was excellent, the vibe was chill, and the baked goods were delicious. We’ll definitely be back!!
We ordered 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches, coffees came after 20 minutes and the regular Size was the same as a small elsewhere but the coffee was nice. The food came after nearly 50 minutes and by this time the coffee had already been finished. We have to constantly ask when the food would be ready and be told soon with no given time. The place wasn't busy so as you can imagine we were very unhappy. Total cost was over $40 and food wasn't great after the long wait, we got no offer of a refund or even a free coffee and not even a proper apologie. We returned a week later for a quick cake each and it was over $20 just for 2 cakes that were not great and must have been frozen before hand. This place looks nice and had a relaxed vibe but please avoid. I am unsure if the owners have changes or somthing but was very poor service.
Nice little cafe, large selection of cakes and pastries. They must have a lot of British customers, as they sell meat pies, steak, steak and k8dney, curry pie, chicken tikka pie etc and various British chocolate etc.
I understand that i dealt with a language barrier, and that wasn't the main problem. It took very long to order the coffee, and after the wait,it wasn't what i ordered, and the flavors were terrible. However, the pastries were delicious. Maybe they should change their name to the world of pastries.
Excellent atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food and coffee. And the variety! It’s appropriately named. If you want something, chances are they have it. The owners did a great job putting the selection together, and as you sit out front you could consider yourself anywhere in the world, as we quite literally heard French, British English, Arabic, and Spanish being spoken around us.
The coffee is magnificent. I had a latte and it was so fantastically good I came back for a second one to stick in the fridge to have cold in the morning rather than having hotel restaurant coffee again today. Love the ambiance and the sheer amount of menu items and pastry. I also bought some fresh coffee beans to take home. They were quite reasonably priced.
Great coffee, good food/snacks, and love the little sitting area outside to sit back and relax. The bird is an entertaining feature as well.
I don't know if I could say explain fully how much I loved this place. My husband and I were staying at the nearby hotel, and we are absolutely coffee lovers. I walked over here every morning during our trip to grab him a coffee and then on somedays, we came back for lunch. This is a beautiful cafe with so much coffee decor from all around the world and there is even a rare African Grey parrot towards the back. I loved the food and the atmosphere. I can't wait to visit again.
Coffee is more Turkish style. Option of sandwiches and pastries, cakes will surprise you. Very cozy loving atmosphere is made indoors and especially outdoors with fountains and parrot watching you while eating 😀
Kareem was very very helpful, and kind. We are from NY and stopped in to browse. This was such a wonderful find, and if we are back in Orlando we’ll be making another stop to this friendly and cute place. The outdoor seating with the fountain made my day. Very satisfied.
1- It took a while to be acknowledged. If the employees are too busy to take an order, a simple "hey, we'll be right with you!" would be respectful and very appreciated. 2- We placed our order to go, but our order was brought to us as if we were dining in. Not a huge mistake, but just adds to the overall experience. 3- There were multiple hairs in our food, which is a HUGE part of the negative experience. Very disgusting. 4- I ordered a latte with syrup, but it came completely without syrup. I would have politely requested a replacement order of food/latte, but we were in a rush and after the combined experience just decided to cut our losses and never return. Highly recommend NOT coming here.

This coffee shop is amazing! The owner makes you feel like family, and is one of the best people I have ever met. After that the coffee and the food are honestly the best you will taste. We had different foods and coffees each day and they were very good! He serves high quality coffee and food. Very calm, inviting ambiance with outdoor and indoor seating. The staff is also great, they’re very kind and professional and you can tell this is a standard. We had to go here a couple times as we enjoyed it greatly.
Phenomenal customer service. Nice atmosphere. Hidden gem amongst the outlet stores. We will definitely be back. So much stuff to choose from. Told them to surprise me and make me something good. I ended up with pistachio espresso, I wasn't disappointed and it was delicious.
Amazing food and the owner is super friendly! It has a very calming and enjoyable outdoor seating area and the interior is decorated in a very artistic way! All things coffee themed!
This is the perfect cafe. As a remote worker, I've worked in 100+ cafes. World of Coffee not only has awesome coffee and food (and very reasonably priced). It is also quiet, very tastefully decorated, has great indoor and outdoor seating, and fantastic service! This is hands down the place to go study, work, meet with friends, or just grab coffee/food. I will be a a regular.
Coffee was good and cheesecake was very good they have nutella varieties wish is my favorite and they even have Mediterranean food!! They also have a cute birdie on the front, the owner was extremely caring and friendly I forgot his name but he is middle age with blue eyes, very caring and loving with his customers I definitely will come back I want to eat their kabobs!!
From the moment you walk into this coffee shop, it’s like you're walking into a shop in Europe. All the staff was super friendly and the owner was very humorous. This shop offered a wide variety of European treats and foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They also offered many different kind of candies, sweets, and deserts. Beautiful covered outdoor seating and cozy indoor seating. Everything about this place is amazing! We will definitely be returning for their incredible freshly brewed iced coffee and chocolate bear claw. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Greeted with kindness! The display of food and the smells of deliciousness 😂 is amazing! Order,pay ,sit an enjoy foods of the world. Don't let me get started on the coffee. Don't believe me, try it for your self then.😊
