Hard Rock is a great break from the hustle and bustle of the Universal Studios - an oasis. Universal City Walk has some bad dining options. Hard Rock is a gem. We were changing parks and decided to stop in. It was an outstanding decision. On a hot day, the a/c was a welcome relief. We had great service and a tasty lunch. We started with flavorful wings. For entrees, my wife ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, my daughter the kids tenders, and I decided on steak fajitas. My wife and daughter were 100% happy with their choices and the fajitas were delicious. Moreover, the toppings were fresh and perfect. The service was outstanding. Our waiter was a Hard Rock star. You can always tell when someone loves what they do, he was friendly, proactive and had some helpful suggestions about Universal Studios.

We went for lunch on Mother's day while visiting Universal Studios. There wasn't much crowd and got seated right away. Our server was very friendly, and food & drinks were amazing. We had a great time!

Great place, beautiful clothes, has several models of T-shirts and sweatshirts for women and men. Messi's collection is too beautiful, it has several t-shirts, hoodies and a beautiful backpack. The location of Universal's Orlando store is wonderful because in addition to visiting the Hard Rock store, we also took the opportunity to take a boat trip and visit the chocolate factory.

During my 1 week vacation, my fiance and I ate here 3 times, it was so good! The food was delicious (BBQ Bacon burger x 2, loaded fries, house salad, vanilla milkshake, apple cobbler dessert, steak salad x 2, and chicken fingers) - every item was perfect! The service was also amazing, not one bad experience with any of the wait staff or hosts. You can tell the staff work closely together and help cover for each other when running behind, and it was so refreshing to see a cohesive team work well together to provide excellent service! ***Our last waitress for our trip, Q, was absolutely amazing! She was personable and made us feel VIP, especially when we had to kill time for our delayed flight! Please give her a raise, she was hilarious and so sweet! She was the perfect end to our vacation, if we ever come back to Orlando we will definitely be returning here!

The experience was great. The food was delicious. My waitress was awesome. My bill was 82.00 adult, 3 children 12-8-6. A set of pictures you get at the front door. And a dessert big enough for all of us to share!

Hmmm..where to start, our server was great, the atmosphere was great, the food was good .. my salad ( i got the noodle salad with salmon) was good..it is served cool, so keep that in mind if you order it. But it was pretty expensive....167 for 4..no alcohol and pretip.. otherwise worth checking out for the memorabilia..

Stopped in for dinner after a night at the park which I would highly recommend. Michelle was our server tonight and she was absolutely fantastic, very attentive and friendly which made our visit more enjoyable. The food is delicious and we left stuffed. Definitely planning on dining here on our next visit to Florida.

Good food. Service could be better. They probably need to hire more servers and cooks to provide faster service to the customers. I went on a Saturday night and only had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. But it took 20 minutes for a server to come take my drink order and almost an hour before my food arrived.

First time dining at Hard Rock Cafe and the wait time was non-existent for 2 people. We got seated immediately and within 2 minutes our waiter arrived, I believe his name is Jerry. Jerry was attentive and very nice. I did a bit of people watching and tbh all the employees seemed to be doing a great job of taking orders, clearing the tables, and seating people. The music was nice and everyone in the restaurant seemed to be having a good time. The food was delicious and so were the drinks. Would definitely recommend!!!

My family and I ate at the Hard Rock Cafe in City Walk yesterday. The food was delicious!! I had the barbecue pulled pork sandwich with pinto beans, seasoned fries, and coleslaw and boy did it hit the spot! My mother went with the appetizer sliders and with only a little dollop of ketchup, she was able to eat all 3. Don’t let the word slider mislead you, these were definitely bigger than normal sliders and took her a while to finish. My Partner and her mom had a Caesar salad(no photo was taken for this-sorry!) and the steak and chicken duo fajitas. Both were a hit! The Caesar salad was big enough for my mother-in-law to enjoy and feel satisfied and the fajitas were full of flavor and beyond filling. In fact, she didn’t even touch the tortillas they just weren’t needed. Overall, the server was amazing, the food was amazing, and of course…it’s Hard Rock, so the ambiance was amazing!

A+ service and food quality. It’s an absolute madhouse during dinner time. I think they could manage the crowds better. Clean restrooms

Fantastic burgers, great service, fun theme. It is what you'd expect from the name, filled with tons of Rock memorabilia. Ordered the bbq bacon cheeseburger. It was delicious.

Great location and great rock memorabilia. Music at this location was not too loud, like at some other similar restaurants. Food was good and service was great. Everyone in my party agreed that the food tasted good. Something rare to find at “theme park restaurants”. Menu was reasonably priced. My sever was friendly and did a great job checking on us at the table. If you visit make sure to head around back and see a piece of the Berlin Wall on display outside of the restaurant.

Hard Rock Cafe is so fun to go to. This is one of our favorites. Fun atmosphere, great food, great service. You also have a photo taken here before you eat that later you can choose to purchase - the package had two large photos and two small plus a digital one.we paid $25.00. They come around and ask while you are at your table. Gift shop has a great collection of collector pins and memorabilia. We like to order appetizers and burgers here. You can walk around the restaurant and see tons of photos and collections of music stars guitars, outfits, and other items. Definitely worth attending this one. Lots of seating and great location.

Really like this place. Every time I’m going to visit the universal parks we stop there. There was not waiting time unlike other places and the place was clean and very well taken care of. The menu is not super varied but the food is really good and the customer service was excellent. Paige took really good care of us and even asked us about or trip. Would definitely recommend.

The food was good. Walking out paying $80 for 2 people without drinks seemed a little steep to me. The wait was much more reasonable than other options at Universal City walk and just about everything decent at Universal is more costly.

Our first ever visit to this place and I decided to treat my kids out for dinner. When we turned up around 7pm the place was heaving with people and we didn't book ahead. The woman at the front desk was turning people away saying there was over a 45 minutes wait. We had our dinner at the bar area and the service from Colin was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the place and told my children the history behind Hard Rock. Colin was so apologetic that we was dinning at the bar area especially it being our very first experience. If it was not for Colin I would be leaving a very bad review. It's people like Colin that need yo be recognised for the hard work and for having amazing people skills and working the Bar area you need skills to pull this off and clearly whilst sitting at the bar Colin was running the show. So front desk please you need more people like Colin who have great customer service skills.

The world’s largest Hard Rock Cafe did not disappoint. Chicken flatbread was very tasty, the bbq burger was nothing too spectacular, and the twisted Mac and cheese was out of this world! Oscar, David were amazing bar tenders and took very good care of us.

After an amazing day at universal studios I needed to eat. We decided on Hard Rock! And a good choice it was, there was a a long wait but no wait seating at the bar. The homemade bbq wing sauce was AMAZING! The bar tenders service was tight in line with the food!!!

I did not eat at this facility but I did attend the Schlesinger stand-up comedy show. When you wait in line you will wait outside so dress according for the weather. It was extremely clean. They have some killer music playing before the show. There's enough space in the seats to be comfortable. The place is lit extremely well. The Red bulls are expensive. I will be back for another show. I enjoyed myself.
