Absolutely LOVE this foxtail by UCF so much. Matthew & Ellie and so many other amazing baristas are the absolute best. My husband and I love coming here everyday and enjoy the coffee/beverages so much. 💕

Great atmosphere for studying. I always feel welcome and taken care of by the staff and the fact that they stay open late to accommodate students has made it one of my favorite spots in the area to get work done.
was only in town for a couple days but we ended up going here the first morning, then came back the next day before we left! the coffee was so good (iced cafe con leche!) and the staff was so sweet, great breakfast options too.
I love the atmostphere of this place. I come here often for a quiet place to study. Ive noticed that staff absolutley will not do more than the bare minimum to make you feel comfortable here. As soon as i walk in, i get asked immediately what I want to order. Very rarely do i ever get a smile, ive been coming here for two months now almost every day and nobody has remembered me, time and time again having to ask my name for my order, it makes me giggle every time. Today they were out of everything she says… except biscuits. I ask if they have bagels she says if its in the case we do. I said okay ill get one of those with cream cheese on the bagel. She says you want it ON the bagel? Ummm okay. My request was not wild, or even that much of a request. When my food is ready they yell my name, i finish up my thought but before i can even do that shes yelling my name quite loud 3 MORE times in the span of 30 seconds. I feel like im being yelled at my mother. She continued to tell me that they cant put cream cheese on a bagel in their kitchen… i find it odd. I almost wanted to take the plastic knives they offer (in no wrapping or anything just open in air) and hand it to her so she could do it herself with the knife and cream cheese she offered me. I spent 13 dollars on my meal this morning… i found it ridiculous it was the same price as my normal breakfast sandwich. Im getting a refund on the bagel, and gonna try to find a new place to study. I don't feel welcome here right now.
Excellent place for all ages. Coffee is average with few varieties. I prefer more robust flavor coffee but they don't have such coffee. Excellent ambient and location.
It's really sad to see coffee shop employees tell a customer who says there drink is not good, that it in "fact it good" as the girl employee drowns it with milk to where you can no longer taste the coffee.. I politely as for an additional shot and a cup of ice to correct the over pouring of milk that was 1 inch from the top of a 20 oz cup before adding ice.. but she said she would need to charge me because she knows how to make a latte.. I never leave reviews good or bad but this just tops them all..atleast starbucks will remake that drink 5 times for you to make sure your happy..the day you stop caring about paying customer expectations is the day you start going out of business..someone always comes in and is will to do or deliver it on point!! Rant over, now let me drink my flavored iced milk drink
There’s a Starbucks across the street and a dunkin a few doors down… GO TO EITHER OF THOSE INSTEAD. Super overpriced, paid $6 for a tiny latte that tasted bitter. The guy who took my order laughed in my face just because I asked if they did the same deal that the UCF bookstore location does. Hipster douche service and bad coffee.
Went in on a Sunday morning, limited food options. Disappointed as they did not have a high chair for our little one so we had to leave shortly after.
My favorite coffee shop! coffee is always just sweet enough and it’s a great place for me to get my work done. Really writing a review for the employees! All of them are so sweet but a special shout to to Naj! The coffee she gave me today was my absolute favorite #bettyboop
Nice place, My husband and I were trying to find a place to share without being so far from home in Oviedo with a different concept and we found it!! ...Nice atmosphere, good coffee, friendly staff, Nice to share! Highly recommend :)
Edit: manager responded swiftly and rectified the situation completely. Looks like it was just one bad egg so we're definitely willing to go back. Originally had this review at five stars a year ago, unfortunately the service quality has gone down significantly. This last incident was the final straw. The barista incorrectly rung us up for regular sized lattes when we had ordered larges. No big deal, but instead of remaking the order with extra espresso, she just added more oatmilk to a large cup and dumped our original orders in. What we got was a milky, diluted mess. I suspected that's what she did considering how quickly the order came back but it wasn't apparent until we took the first sip after leaving the drive thru. Pretty shady.
only credit for the décor and atmosphere. however coffee is overpriced and is not even good. I've order over 10 different types and all are not near good. PS, why AC is freezing all the time!
