This is basically Starbucks branded for SeaWorld. Longer line than I’d like but otherwise same food and refreshment you can expect to find at Starbucks.
Horrível! Meu frappuccino veio derretido, tem uma placa dizendo Starbucks, mas se você for não espere nada parecido com Starbucks. Mais caro que o normal. Atendimento horrível. Ambiente sujo. Perda de dinheiro e tempo!
That place looks nice and have friendly staff, but it’s hard to wait a little long to get your drinks

Stopped in to get coffee before leaving the park and it was filthy! Trash cans were overflowing coffee spilled all over the floors. Tables were gross along with the counter where u pay. There was one woman waiting and we stood in line for a couple minutes and I asked her if anyone was helping her. She replied no! Finally 2 girls came out of the back. The second helped us she really didn't understand my order dripped caramel down my cup and handed to me with a few ice cubes....so much for iced coffee. My husband's coffee was old. They disappeared back in the back after giving the coffees. Just a crusty place and the service was terrible. They just didn't care about being there and what they were doing. Disappointed from two passholders.

Iced coffee is just hot coffee with ice. They just don’t have the amenities like a normal coffee shop. Espresso is out of a machine. Just don’t expect quality specialty coffee.
Rude employees all around. They didn't seem to care about anything. They showed zero manners whatsoever, even after trying to be super polite. The looks very annoyed, impatient, and acted like they were everything with a bag of chips. When we were in line one of the employees literally shoved us out the way to get behind the counter. She had the audacity to proceed giving dirty looks and scoffing at us. They also got our order wrong multiple times. (We needed six hot chocolates and a coffee.) The kids hot chocolate was boiling hot. Too hot for little kids. Very upsetting. Usually Sea World does a lot better. Every other store here is great service. Hopefully it gets fixed. Edit: I forgot to mention that it was super dirty. Trash, dirt, etc. . Also very limited menu.
I’d quite happy give no stars. Asked for a donut and didn’t realise it was annual pass only but still got served it, then a member of staff(Alexandra ) shouted at me as I walked off. I WANT THAT DONUT BACK!! I felt humiliated as everyone turned and stared at me. They need to chill. It’s just a donut.

Out of venti cold cups and won't use a venti hot cup instead. Out of cold brew, out of vanilla cream. Really
Comida boa, porém atendimento demorado. Tem uma maquete de uma montanha russa, muito bonita, mas que não estava funcionando ao apertar o botão. É uma empresa que vende cafés e produtos Starbucks.
