I drink it black, strong and not bitter!! I find that here.
Cashier forgot to give me my card back. I live an hour away from that location. Didn’t realize it until I got home. I drove back there and they offer me a free coffee. I say ok and she entered it in and then said never mind will be 10% discount.
Everything is amazing on the menu. I can never decide what to get because it's always so good. Quick service. Very nice customer service.
Always quality on my order... I recommend a Coffee Latte Freezer no whip, 2 shots espresso! Always friendly service. Best coffee chain around.

Personally my wife and I visit most of the Jacksonville locations and get very good service but the one located at 301 Blanding Blvd in orange park go above and beyond with their customer service. They always have smiles and very friendly, positive attitudes, and make us feel like we're a part of the ellianos Family even our puppy gets excited when we pull up to an ellianos drive thru because she knows she's about to get her "Pup Cup". I can honestly say that Kim, Isabella, Elshama, Taylor, and Makayla, are an extraordinary Team and definitely deserve recognition!
My only go to coffee place in OP!! I get the same thing everytime, Ice latte, light ice w/lavender and it's great every time.
The best location in Jacksonville. About 15 years ago there was only a handful of shops and one in Valdosta GA is where I started. They have always been amazing. This will be the next Starbucks but the drinks actually taste good
I’ve been visiting this location since it opened and the smoothies are fantastic. The coffee freezers are great and so is the Venetian vanilla cream. I wasn’t a fan of the Carmella coffee. I’ve tried the chicken salad sandwhich as well and I definitely enjoy it. Favorites are the cake shake and turtle freezer The only con is the newer employees don’t know the menu very well. I was in a month or so ago and asked for a cake shake but made with coffee. The lady told me they did not sell anything like that . I knew that was incorrect since I got it earlier that week. I wish the newer employees would ask the other employees who have been around for awhile about all of the drinks instead of telling customers false information. Other than that great place and will definitely be back.

I have been here a few times since they opened and they have gotten really busy. But the service hasn't lapsed and the staff is still great. I had their breakfast sandwiches, and the eggs are cooked fresh to order, not microwaved or powdered eggs like some other coffee houses. Also, they have the best chia tea ever, it was a bit sweet for me but still, the flavor of the chia was so good. Lastly, the prices are very reasonable. If you like good food and good tea or coffee try them out, you may like them too.

This place is heaven I love going to this place and getting my cookies and cream coffee and a good breakfast they never mess up my orders and they are so friendly. They know my order by heart I can't ask for a better place to go and get coffee. This coffee place is doing new thinks and making sure the Customer is satisfied. Thank you Ellianos!
