True to the name and truer still to the mission these bagels are straight from New York and dining-in actually takes you to New York! Represents the best of a bagel spread with plenty of options and a veggie friendly menu. My bagel was exceptionally delicious, I could taste everything in balance, not too much cream cheese or too little filling. They know how to make them here. I think dining-in is a better experience because the friendly crowd and environment is like a visit to New York. Coffee is just as good. If you want to visit NY, go to Straight From New York Bagels.... hahahah! Thank you team!
I wanted to try a few different things before I wrote this. Coffee good. Good customer service. Never had to wait too long for food. Never messed up my order. Bagels aren’t NY, and I don’t care about the “old world method” they brag about, they are mid at best. For the price they charge they could at least put two eggs on the sandwich. Every other place around here does. “Kaiser roll” was trash. There’s nothing New York about this place. When you attach that moniker to your name there’s a certain expectation you should live up to and they live up to none of that. There’s much better places to go to around here where you get better quality and more for your money. I am so disappointed.
Coming back to edit this review because they have been doing so poorly lately I just can’t bring myself back. Pay attention to the orders, people!!! Don’t forget who comes in and who gets what. You guys have people working there who shouldn’t be placed where they are and it shows. How hard is it to toast a bagel?!
Stacked Taylor ham and Cheese with the egg fried perfectly on a hard roll. Best taylor ham sandwich I've have in a long time. Good stuff.
Very good bagels and deli items. Fast service
Definitely not NY bagels but they try.
Absolutely awesome everything is good here from the hardworking owner to the food and the smells are incredible highly recommended.
Best bagels but the worst in getting customer in and out Can't have the only person taking orders answer phones too.aybr a dedicated bagel only line.
Awful experience in this nightmare of a bagel spot. Waited in line 30 minutes for 7 bagels. When I finally ordered the incompetent counter woman took my order, I payed and then stepped to the right to get bagels. She then asked what I ordered. I told her 6 everything and I plain. And she said no 5 everything and 1 plain. So she didn't remember what I ordered but had the nerve to tell me that the order I get regularly isn't what I ordered???? Went Bancel and forth telling me it wasn't what I said until I finally said it's what I need though so whatever we need to de to make that happen, let's do that! What terrible customer service! Get order wrong then argue with customer on how they got it wrong but don't offer remedy????? If I could they wouldn't even get one star.
Very good and very close to New York bagels.
Bagels were good, but not super fresh. Big disappoinment was we paid $5 for a muffin & it was severely undercooked (raw inside) & couldn't eat it.
Best in the area! It's just like you're in New York!
Very busy! Wish means it’s a great spot. Love the cream cheese selection
Best bagels ever!! Awesome pastries, a delicious assorted coffees🤗
Bagel was good. They are short staffed, like everywhere post hurricane, so use your patience. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with egg whites, tomato and spinach. After waiting..... I finally had one of the workers hand me a bag and said, " they told you we were out of spinach?". Nope, no they didn't. Would have appreciated that piece of information when I ordered, would have adjusted my selection.
Great bagels! Easy access from the Cocohatchee Canal Trail in case you’re biking or walking. No bike racks though
Bagels are decent for naples but unfortunately the staff is in a bad mood constantly and rude thats why me amd family will not be returning here anymore.
I’ve been here multiple times and I seem to always have an issue with my order. I always get a bagel sandwich and my partner gets a muffin. They always forget the muffin and there’s always something wrong with my sandwich. I kept coming back in hopes things would improve, but I think it’s my last time going here today.
This place is so overpriced!!!! I’m a New Yorker and bagels from their are $13-14 a dozen. $22 is crazy and they’re just avg. a definite ripoff
Ok the first time we visited this place, I was impressed my bagel sandwich was fresh and good. My husband was not impressed with his sandwich, the roll was not fresh. I called today to order to pick up because I was on the road and didn't have much time but was told she can not take the order without a credit card, which if i wasn't driving would be no issue. I ordered when I got there. Took order home and was very disappointed, my Asiago Bagel sandwich was super dry, my husband's egg bagel sandwich was not anything to write home about. The muffins were nothing special. For the price this place charges for breakfast it should be outstanding. Will not be back. Lei smile and be more friendly to your customers.
