Honestly. I came here to study and get some work done with a friend, the wifi wasn’t working so i walked up with my laptop to say i couldn’t get the wifi to connect and the guy goes “k. i don’t know what to tell you?” in a rude attitude tone. He is a tall guy has curly short blondish brown hair and wears glasses. Honestly appalling and shocking to hear an employee talk to a guest this way and basically dismiss me, being a server for 9 years i am still in shock that this even happened. places only do good because the customer service matches the quality of food and drinks if good. this was the opposite experience for me.

The coffee isn't good but what's even worse is the customer service. These people are downright rude.

We came here twice during our vacation, the first time the service and coffee were great. The second time around there was no drip coffee, the person at the register was rude and rushed me through my order. He wouldn’t print my receipt (even though my first visit a receipt was printed) nor did he answer my questions.

Best coffee in Naples, FL hands down! As a coffee connoisseur I have been searching for good coffee in this area and until visiting Narrative have been disappointed. So glad to have found a shop offering locally roasted, fantastic coffee! I had a pour-over of their Columbian Geisha that was simply delicious. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their coffee offerings and coffee making technique. Highly recommend!

One of the best coffee shops I have ever visited, hands down. I first ordered a cortadito, which was essentially a cortado prepared with sugar like a Cubano. The balance between the espresso, steamed milk, & sugar was perfection, and did not come across as overly sweet in the least. My breakfast sandwich was also wonderful, and before leaving I ordered an iced Americano black, made using their specialty anaerobic Gesha coffee. Anaerobic processed beans are always hit or miss, and this time it was definitely a hit. I was blown away by the complexity of the floral & fruity notes. I will definitely be back again, though I'd love to stop by their main cafe.

SUCH a cute coffee shop. I got the iced mocha, which was great. I also got the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. There are a good amount of items to choose from.

When Narrative first opened the coffee was amazing, but now for some reason the coffee, both the espresso and regular coffee is extremely Bitter. In my opinion so bitter that it is not drinkable. I tried going back many times for a few weeks to see if maybe they has a bad batch but bitter every time. Please go back to your original coffee. Thanks.

Looked decent but…refuses to accept United States currency! No cash… so no sale. This is America, so follow the law or gtf out of town. Staff couldn’t care less, so neither should you. Plenty of other coffee nearby. You have to wonder in what other ways they are anti-American if they refuse to accept our legal currency.

One of the rare specialty coffee shops in Florida. Awesome coffee selection, great service by the baristas and the ModBar speaks for itself. Worth the visit!

$1.50 for oat milk in a cappuccino. Automatic two stars down. Too much milk - after I asked for less milk. Meh. Won’t go back.

20 minutes line, 20 minutes wait for the order (2 latte). When my order was ready, they gave me two Americanos instead of the Latte. Something was damaged with the machine and I did not even receive the difference on price. It is not a matter of the money, it is a matter of customer service. First and last visit.

Great Coffee Options & specialty Cafe drinks. But SOME of The Staff are Pretentious Leftists! If you're conservative you will feel awkward here.

Certainly the worst espresso we have ever tasted. If you like drinking bitter coffee that tastes burnt and like the pith of an orange but in a bad way then this is the espresso for you. Why would they first have the coffee dispense in a stainless steel spout container and then pour it in a paper cup is a mystery. They all need a master class in espresso making. They need to take a close look at the beans and equipment they are using. A high end roastry should know what a good espresso should taste like. On the positive side the inside is lovely and outside sitting very nice.
