I picked this place to tutor students to support a local business. Upon arriving and going in to order, there was a customer waiting to order. I went outside to set my stuff down and greet my students as they were about to arrive. Within a few minutes, the owner came outside and told me the seating was for customers only. I explained that the situation above and that I was glad to be supporting a local business. The owner continued to be rude and tell me he has bills to pay. He also make a snarky comment that this was the first time he’d ever seen me in a 3 years. As someone who doesn’t live in Naples, I went out of my way to make sure while in Naples I found somewhere local. Because of how incredibly rude he was, I decided to move my tutoring location to across the street to a different coffee shop. So disappointing as the food looked delicious. If you are looking for a peaceful, relational coffee shop, this is NOT it. Also, if you look at their lowest reviews, you will see this was not a new, or one time issue for this coffee shop. Edited to add after owner response- I never once asked for the wifi password as I found out upon arriving my computer was not in working condition. Quite a story you made up. I hope you find the kindness and relational ability to pay your bills!
My wife stopped in this morning to meet with some students she’s tutoring. She wanted to support a local spot so she chose this place. As she wanted to greet her students before getting up to order, she picked out a table outside and began to get set up. After roughly 5 minutes the owner came out to lecture her about how seating is for “customers only”. She let him know that she was going to come in, just wanted to greet her students and their families first since they were close. He then asked “well I don’t see your students?”. She then kindly explained again that they were near by and they would be there soon, and she planned to get a drink then, rather than wait in line and them arrive with her being preoccupied. He continued to question her and harass her because she did not purchase a drink immediately upon arrival. As someone who has worked in the coffee industry in swfl for over 2 years now, this kind of behavior is ridiculous. Proud to say my wife didn’t take that nonsense and took our business elsewhere rather than supporting a shop that will berate and disrespect their customers for not ordering immediately because “they have bills to pay”, rather than being accommodating to the needs of those that they are working to serve. Poorest example of the service industry.
I'm a teenager leaving for college soon and Coffee Bar is my go-to place in Naples. It's family-ran and I'm always greeted with a smile. I'm not exaggerating, I had their 239 (I believe it's called) breakfast sandwich and ascended into heaven. I love coffee as well and it's fantastic here, a lot of options too. Please support this place, it better be thriving whenever I visit from college!
This was my first time here. Absolutely chill atmosphere as soon as you walk in. They seemed super busy, but were quick to serve us. The man with grey hair who took our order was SO nice. Then, the woman with short hair with the pretty pink earrings was extremely sweet to me and my baby. I wouldn't know if they were the staff or the owners because they were so amazing and you can tell they care about their shop and the people who come. And even with how busy they were, we only waited maybe 6 minutes for our breakfast.
The cortadito is amazing! Very strong. The Greek coffee, also, is extremely flavorful. The barista engaged us in nice conversation while the milk was streaming. Very good coffee spot!

Great coffee, fantastic breakfast sandwich & pastries and excellent customer. Stopped in for coffee, bacon bfast sandwich and got pastries to go. Super friendly team & fast service
The best latte I've ever tasted. Their other espresso based drinks are top notch also. That itself is worth the 5 stars. But the 5 star rating doesn't stop there. This also gets 5 stars for the family that owns and runs the place. They care about their business and it shows.
Overpriced mediocre matcha. Total was $9 before tip… we’re not in California!! 🥵 only one size to choose from and it was huge… 20z matcha?? 12 and 16oz are more normal size options. Matcha seemed a bit grainy and not properly made with a matcha whisk.
Wonderful environment for great food and friendly service! Very refreshing. It’s obvious these owners care deeply about their customers. Thank you for a family-friendly restaurant that puts quality and service above all else. We will definitely be returning when in Naples!

Love love love this place! The owners are so sweet and kind! The coffee and food are wonderful! We came here every day on our vacation and loved it. The owner was so nice to my son and he was so sad to leave. Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in town.

This delightful little gem offers the best croissants outside of France. Everything is delicious , lunch items are varied and all excellent. Pristinely clean, including the restroom. This owner should consider a larger venue. Not many restaurants in Naples can offer this quality of food and service.

I am a coffee person and I will tell you this is the most amazing coffee I’ve had! I also ordered the breakfast caprese wrap and my boyfriend had the 239 with sausage and he loved it as much as I loved mine! He said wow it’s so good and it actually isn’t a plain flavor! Point is we will be back! This place will bless your taste buds!
I’ve come here a few times in the last couple months and every time they do not disappoint! Always great coffee and breakfast sandwiches, fresh smells of bread baking when you walk through the door and many baked goods options to choose from! The environment and friendliness of the owners/staff is a breath of fresh air as well. One of my favorite coffee shops in Naples, and will definitely be coming back to try their Turkish coffee and baklava next time!
What a great find! Nice clean dining area, the people were very friendly and helpful, I had the chef salad, and it was amazing! Highly recommend the spot. Oh, forgot to mention the coffee was amazing! It is so much more than a coffee bar!
