In the heart of Venetian Villages shopping This place is great. Quality coffee and customer service that says they care. Definitely 💯 on coffee shops of naples!

Loved the plants indoors. I got a chai latte and the spices were very well blended, the almond croissants are very crunchy and flavorful too!

Black letter coffee is the cutest little coffee shop. We’ve been in naples for two weeks and have walked here most mornings for coffee and breakfast. Food is great and coffee is even better! There are kid friendly options on the menu too - our 3yr old loved the crepes! The service at Black Letter is great! But Brian and Jeremiah were especially great, going above and beyond to take care of the customers!

Sharing a review because I like the location and hope it improves. My chicken salad sandwich was terrible - very very salty and I’m almost certain it’s canned chicken. Please use better ingredients- the chips too were whatever the cheapest out there is, and even the honey on drink stand is bottom shelf Gordon foods service basics. For the location and prices, I’d expect better quality.

My family and I loved visiting this cafe on vacation. The drinks were great and I LOVED the French crepe. It was both beautiful and delicious. ☺️

While visiting from Minnesota my wife and I wanted to find a nice coffee shop in the Naples area. We heard great things about the Black Letter Coffee shop and that they had some AMAZING crepes so we had to give it a shot. I ordered a Carmel latte and a regular coffee and it was so good! I’m a bit of a coffee freak so I’m glad this place didn’t disappoint 😅. My wife ordered a strawberry crepe and my goodness it was enough to feed the both of us as well as my 1.5 year old. It tasted DELICIOUS and the next time I’m in the area I’m hitting up this place a few more times. Thanks to the Black Letter coffee crew!

Delicious breakfast and coffee. Cody was great and we had a nice visit with him. Give them a try if you haven’t. You won’t be disappointed.

Cute cafe with great coffee, delicious breakfast sandwiches, wonderful crepes, and extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. We visited twice while visiting Naples for a few days. My only regret is that we did not find this gem sooner! Outdoor seating is awesome too! Wish they had a place like this in Michigan.

Crepe was to thick, no flavor. Did not enjoy it at all. I'll try the croissant next time. Cute place.

Not friendly staff! The avocado of the sandwiches were bad, and not good sandwiches. Bad experience!

Pastries are no good at all - it seems to be from mass-produced, pre-frozen dough, baked (probably), and then stored in a Tupperware or some other container that kills any crispiness it may have had. The end result is an almost soggy, completely limp pastry. Didn't try the coffee or anything though - maybe that's great! Just don't come here for baked goods (they aren't cheap either)
