Food took forever to be served.. The tables were very dirty Lady behind counter...ignored several times our questions about. Our food.. Custoner Service was very poor

If you’re looking for real Cuban food I do not suggest you come here You order some thing and they make it however they want it’s not anything specific to how it’s traditionally made plus the food is not that great Es mejor ordenar por Uber en otro restaurante
The whole place WREAKS like human decal matter. Seriously smells like they have a sewer leak or piles of rotting meat in the back. I saw some discolored meat in the meat section so 🤷♀️ Not sure how anyone shops here with the smell and I feel terrible for the workers who have to stand there all day with the stench… also, Google says they have bread but I didn’t see any bread in sight. Needless to say I walked in and straight back out.

Went to the cafeteria and order was wrong. When I called to let them know that a sandwich was missing I heard a lady in the background saying that if I had already eaten it then that was my problem. My order was wrong. Their response to me was very disappointing.

Horrible service, asked for steak sandwiches and tasted horrible didnt have any mayonnaise and when i asked they were in a bad mood. When i went to pay for my food they acted in a bad mood as well very disorganized. I do not recommend eating here. Super expensive for the quality they have.
AWESOME little privately owned store. Armando the previous owner recently sold the store but the current owner orders all the traditional foods of the Latin & Cuban vuture...Check it out...Very nice people too! Blessings!
bakery is usually ok, today i ordered a tostada from a lady with blonde hair and i sat there for 15 minutes, went back up to her and still didn’t get it. ordered a whole loaf of bread instead and just went home and made it in 5 minutes
Terrible organization for ordering/picking up food for Christmas. I was told to go in person to order bc a deposit is required which I did. The day of pick up 2pm, it was not ready. I didn't get my order til almost 4. While I was waiting a lady came in said she spoke to someone, no deposit was left. She didn't even remember who she spoke to. They still gave her food on the spot. Wow
