Very bad coffee won’t come back
Nice decorated, ok ambiance Overpriced coffee. Overall I will spend my money somewhere with better price and coffee quality.
The food is so healthy and amazing taste. Great for the belly. Eat with no guilt. Will come back.

After driving in horrible traffic 20 mins then the pursuit for parking, then a hike to get here because the menu says they have Thai ice tea and boba tea... Well first she says no they don't have. I pointed it out on their actual menu in store, to which she indicates that he is working on a large order but asks the barista who insdicates he can do thai tea. But they have no Boba. I wait for the tea and it tastes like coconut. He crossed the 2 milks in preparation. Additionally, with such high end machinery, WHY ARE YOU USING INSTANT THAI ICE TEA MIX??????HORRIBLE!!! COMPLETE Madness!! You should have your essentials, ALL OF THEM prepped on opening!! "No tapioca right now" is NOT acceptable, you are a coffee and tea shop!! People literally have to make GREAT EFFORT to reach your establishment, GET IT TOGETHER to serve your customers that take care of you!! Lastly, stop using that TRASH INSTANT GARBAGE while charging ultra premium prices claiming to be a healthy establishment!!!
Great locally owned coffee shop, fresh pastries made in house. Quiet location with indoor/outdoor seating. A must if downtown
This place is a gem. Great place to work or simply have a delicious meal. The mucho caliente smoothie and salmon sandwich are a MUST. The best part of this place is their staff! Amazing people

Absolutely love this café! Today I went for an iced Matcha, but they make the best flat whites, lattes & cappuccinos in town. The food is fantastic.. think micro greens and homemade purées, delicious, pastries, and fresh baked bread! It’s also an art studio/gallery, which makes the ambience super cool.
Food is not good and it is over priced. The banana bread was undercooked.
Lazy staff, mega overpriced mediocre food. Dirty, smelly place. Avoid at all costs.
Visited ITSI on a quiet Friday morning and what incredible service! Amazing coffee and food but the staff were all incredibly hospitable. I will absolutely be back!
My favorite coffee shop in Miami, incredible food and drinks. They have the only delicious iced chai in Miami. We also had the Coral Way which included a whole delicious fresh avocado. Lastly, the service stands out! Friendly atmosphere with vibes that hit just right.
Super cute little coffee shop. The coffee itself was delicious, they have a nice selection of good eats, and even some art and a little rack of boutique items to browse. I was traveling for work and this was a great little place to stop in for some breakfast and open up my laptop with the available wifi. Definitely recommended!
