Excellent service! Everyone, including the kitchen team, is always ready with a smile to take care of you. The foods is delicious, you have light option as wells as vigorous meals, always fresh and made when you order. My favorite is the arugula salad! Don’t forget to choose one of their deserts and your coffee at the end!

Excellent spot for a quick breakfast or even lunch. Sandwiches were great, as well as the scrambles and avo toast. I really liked the open face sandwich. You order at the counter, and they bring food to you. Really good service!

This is the kind of place that you can go and have a nice time. The people are really kind and the food and coffee are the best experience from the restaurant. I tried the open face breakfast sandwich, and I believe this is the best breakfast that I ever tried 🥰👍🏼

I go there everyday with my baby. I get a bowl meal and a side of salmon. Im also sensitive and pregnant so I’m a bit picky with food: Today suddenly after 1.5 yrs of going there and knowing all the staff one of the girls tell me “oh you can’t get the side of salmon” I was totally confused. I mean I pay for it lol. So? Then she goes on to tell me that her manager told he shes not allowed to sell me a side of salmon anymore with a meal. Why? Then my bf goes and gets the side of salmon for me. SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT IS HAPPENING BECAUSE THIS IS NOT COOL. I asked to speak to the manger and she goes “he’s not here today” in a very rude tone.
Edit downward to 3* a few months later: afternoon visit, and for second time it took 30min+ to get order and staff doesn’t seem on top of it at all or organized. ———- My usual breakfast spot. Inside and outside seating. Attentive staff. Reasonable-ish priced, maybe a little expensive ($10 for 2 eggs) and bread. Only problem is ordering process can be really slow, to the point I’ve seen people leave the line during peak morning hours.
The person at the register was visibly displeased because I asked to have some sugar added to my coffee cup so it would melt with the heat. If I’m paying $5 for an 8 ounce latte to go, my expectation is that the experience is exceptional. Their baked goods are just ok. The location is great. I really cannot forgive the service at that price. I wish there was a coffee shop on this area that had high quality service and drinks.
Crema is absolutely the best cafe in Brickell Miami. The entire staff are beautiful people and always amazingly pleasant , and I look forward to the mornings (every morning) I come in to get my coffee and chocolate croissant. I Love it here !!!

Nice place, good location, bakery, coffe. But very bad service: slow, 20 min for waiting coffe (in that time it wasn’t busy), dirty spoons!!! They gave me spoon after smbd usage( ladies then work there are not interesting to give you hospitality and service, even don’t want to hear you(

Other than super overpriced food and coffee… the bussers are extremely eager to clean your tables. This lady today literally took my boyfriends plate AS HE WAS EATING! And didn’t even say anything.
The place is excellent, nice music, clean bathrooms and the location is excellent. I’ll give you 4 stars because is the second time that I come. Why 4 stars? because the coffee is good but it was cold, I was expected hot-warm but it was warm-cold, caramel cheesecake is excellent
