A good place to get a quick bite, coffee or smoothie. I liked the Chef salad, very fresh.The latte was very average. I always visit this establishment when I finish my doctor appointments.
I had to review this spot because I thinks it’s absolutely the BEST! I’ve had their Cuba coffee “ Cafe con Leche” and it’s so strong but good! I’ve had their avocado toast, egg n cheese on croissant, their Cuban sandwich and all of them have tasted fresh and perfectly savory, I recommend this place to everyone and the best thing is you can door dash which means all neighboring businesses can order from here! And the other great thing about them is they provide service with a smile!

My family and I have eaten at Emilio’s Panini grill multiple times and are pleased every time. Some of our favorite items are their fresh fruit smoothies their muffins and there habanero chicken Paninis!
Delicious food and their service is outstanding. My favorite Panini is the Cuban on Cuban bread.
First time here, found it to be very clean with courteous staff plus the food was delicious!! Looking forward to going back, highly recommend!
Previously had the Hawaiian club was absolutely FIRE🔥 Definitely a spot to stop again dont hesitate just eat the food and elevate 😁
Emilio's Panini Grill- Health First Complex Melbourne, FL- 2 Stars Yikes, according to my random restaurant generator, I was about to go OTB (Over The Bridge), one thing we islanders don't like all that much, is doing just that. I have known childhood friends literally break out in hives just at the thought. Well, if the trip is worth it, it's worth it, if not, it will be a foray onto the mainland for naught but the return view. I was headed to the Health First Complex off of Nasa Blvd. in Melbourne, FL. Yes, the one that's been there for years and years. There is this sandwich place tucked inside on the ground floor known as Emilio's Panini. They are a family-owned and operator local “chain” with two locations, the other being in Palm Bay. The one I was heading to is the one open to the public while the other is exclusively for Intersil employees. I found the interior to be quaint and charming while giving off a welcoming, family vibe. My waiter was Juan and there couldn't be a friendly waiter in the area. He insisted on not charging me for a cup of water even though I insisted (I know it's only water, but it is a telltale sign of a customer-oriented establishment). Looking over the menu I didn't know where to begin. They had such a vast array of Paninis it was mind-boggling. While the first mention of a Panini appeared in 1956 they didn't become trendy until they started showing up at hip Milanese bars in the late 70s early 80s. I asked Juan if I could have a BLT Panini and a Tuna Panini. Having been in this location for 11 years I noticed a nice mix of Health First employees and general public patrons...they must be doing something right if those held hostage by the fact it was the only restaurant in the complex were not the only ones dining. Before too long, Juan returned with my order and after snapping the obligatory pictures, we dug into our Milanese delicacies. Food is Delicious!! Great costumer service. They go above and beyond! Acai Bowls are amazing, best one in Brevard!! The Chai Lattes are best in towns.

Im from miami and I went to visit my grandmother for a whole week. I found this cafeteria selling the best roast pork Cuban sandwich :)))) also I highly recommend the chicken salad and the blt sandwich they are scrumptious :))) can’t wait to go back .
Waited a few minutes in line while people were in the back doing something for another customer. They came out and told us they couldn't do any food for us because they were closing in a few minutes, but we could get a coffee. If you cant be there ten minutes before they close and get something then they need to change their hours or not rush to leave. The hours werent even posted anywhere visible, so we didnt even realize they were closing.

The food and the fantastic service i receive is wonderful every time I go there to see my primary doctor. My favorite is the blended brownie frappe with a tuna avocado. 😍. Its heaven!
