Slowest drive thru of all time. If you have 30 minutes to wait for a bagel and cold brew it’s great
Absolutely amazing service delicious warm fresh food always. The staff always providing amazing service always with a smile great establishment very clean and organized.. highly recommend being served by Justin amazing employee

For starters, the service was horrible. When. Talking our order, the employee was visibly annoyed and super unfriendly. Once we placed our order, she handed me a cup and waved me to the side. I went for the dark roast coffee and filled my cup only to discover it was lukke warm. The other coffees were also warm. After receiving our order, I can say it was okay but definitely not worth the money we spent. If your looking for breakfast in Palm Bay, try chick fil a or McDonald's before going here It's obvious they don't care.
Great bagels! I got the everything bagels with 2 egg whites, cheese,and lettuce ! Very delicious bagels!

If you're in the mood for a gourmet bagel breakfast/lunch, this place has a variety of options. I got the Chorizo with Double Egg on an everything bagel. The only reason I dinged it a star was the price. Paid about a little over 8 dollars for just a bagel with no drink. But it beats going for fast food. So if you have the extra cash to go gourmet, it's worth it.

The breakfast bagels are good, but the pizza bagel is an awesome lunch option. Everything is always toasted to perfection.
Got several breakfast sandwiches. The cheese on all of them was cold and sandwiches were lukewarm. Taste was average/ok
I had my 1st chocolate iced cold brew here & it was delicious. The woman who took my order was really sweet. The bagels, though, could use just a little more toasting, but great 👍
I never minded the long wait bc there's always a long wait ( I have seen them make each order fresh so I'm happy to wait) but the drive throu order taker is just not good. Most times they sound like they really don't want to be there and the customer is a bother (big no go for such a position and company) after so many time of having to toss or call about a bad coffee or order I believe they make the coffee bad on purpose. Who wants to pay gas time and money for an item they cannot consume?? Not me! And I'm pretty sure now and days no one else.
Good place for bagels, staff if friendly, always busy in the morning so don't be in a rush. They work hard and don't slack but they can only move so fast.
Food is always exceptional but because of this you might wait a bit longer in the drive thru - but worth it!
This was my first time trying Einstein brow and honestly I am not impressed with their food. I spend $7 for a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel. The bagel was fine but the Susan’s, eggs and cheese were not even hot. I could have went to Bagel 13 spent the same amount of money for a breakfast sandwich that would have made me full all day.
First time here and will not be my last. Loved the breakfast bagels. The eggs on it could have not been better then if I was at a big restaurant.
