Fernweh Coffee in Mary Esther, FL, is a local hidden gem that deserves all five stars! Their breakfast sandwich on an English muffin with pepper jelly is awesome, and the cold brew coffee is the perfect accompaniment. As a long-time customer since their opening, I can attest to the consistently high-quality food and drinks, and I am always happy to return. Additionally, the convenience of being able to walk to Fernweh Coffee from my neighborhood makes it a go-to spot for me. Don't miss out on this fantastic local coffee shop where the owners and staff are friendly, the establishment is clean and inviting, and the food and drink are superb!
This place was spotless. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had the Vietnamese iced coffee and avocado toast. Both were 10/10.
I normally don’t come in here to review, but Bill and Jan are personable and genuinely enjoyable people. A rare find! Keep up the great work. Fresh dinner on the weekends and really cool international beer inventory ;) Wifi was fast and my drink was really good. Fresh baked cake from scratch. Just go!

Super lovely family run coffee shop. Wish I lived here. I'd go everyday! I went out of my comfort zone and tried the lavender rose latte, it was lovely! They talked me through the options and even offered to remake it if I didn't love it. But I loved it!!! Wonderful place!
Extremely kind staff takes great care of each customer. Lots of tea and coffee options to choose from, and they allow you to customize your beverage however you like! I love this place!

Once you get past trying to pronounce the name, you will get to experience the best tasting coffee in the Fort Walton Beach area. Even with the “frilly” flavors, you are still able to taste the richness of their in-house roasted coffee beans. They offer a select few food choices, that are well executed and flavorful. This establishment is exactly what “local” represents as it is family-run, and their customer service makes you feel like a part of that family. It is a best kept secret in this area that I am now happy to share.

I was served the most amazing Matcha Chai Latte with Vanilla cold foam with no added sugar. The chai base is incredible and would be great solo too! The server was great with the recommendations and had the most delightful personality.
These guys know their tea. Steeped perfectly. Avocado toast is delicious, must be an entire avocado on here, with bits of bacon. Love it.
