Such a cute little shop. There was a great assortment of goodies. We we given tastes of which flavors we thought we would like. The young lady waiting on us, Jessi, was wonderfull. What a addition to your staff!
I have been going here for two years now and really like the product. However, I went in yesterday to find that their prices went up astronomically. I ordered a "small" fro yo, and the poor girl behind the counter was stumbling over an explanation as to why there would be a 50 cent up-charge on the small. I then ordered a "medium" (because the small made no sense money-wise) only to find that they have reduced the size of their medium by several ounces. It is simply not worth paying over $5 (plus I always add a good tip) for a very small amount of soft-serve yogurt. The manager was on duty at the time and I inquired about the prices and she was very smug about it. Sorry to say that I will have to find my frozen treats elsewhere.
Under staffed. I’ve never seen the same person twice. This poor girl was the only one working with a ton of people in line! Bad part on the management!
Love all the gluten free and dairy free options! Great retail are to with some harder to find items that are delicious. Staff is always friendly and helpful. My go to place for sweet treats in the Lakewood Ranch area.
The staff is polite, even if you come in 3 minutes before closing! "You guys still open?!"
So happy I found this place! Tons of keto and low carb options. Their soft serve has 2 grams of sugar and their artisanal ice cream, made with local dairy and eggs, is sugar free. It was delicious. Plus cold brew, bulletproof coffee, snacks, and a large variety of supplements. A total low carb paradise. Can't wait to go back!

Such a blessing! My wife and I follow a low carbohydrate way of eating. It was the first time our family all had ice cream together in years. I use a CGM to keep my blood glucose at a very tight target. A 2 scoop of the sugar free with low carb topping didn't raise my blood glucose at all. And it was delicious! Customer service was also fantastic!
Got an ice cream cake, which was good, but cookies...not so much.
My husband and I come in ALL the time! We love love LOVE this place so much that I have their open hours memorized 😆 Their ice cream is so good that I had it for my birthday cake last year! At times feel like I advertise for them because I tell everyone and their mom about D’Lites (because it’s that good)! We would be in every day if we could afford it. But love their snacks and ice cream! All healthy, lots of organic, keto, paleo and local options! ♥️ No NASTY food coloring, no artificial flavoring… real deal and I LOVE that about them! MY FAV DESSERT PLACE 🍦
Very unpleasant experience with the racist blonde female that took my order on Saturday nigth 01/21/23. Very dissapointed. Customer Service should be one of skills in the Service industry. Hopefully is not a reflection of the owners. I will never go back.

Top worst of the worst ice cream we’ve ever had. Pumpkin flavored ice cream was white??? (how is it white if it’s pumpkin) and tasted like 7-up. All flavors tasted super odd. Ended up getting ice cream sandwiches and they were horrible too. Nothing d’liteful about this place. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Friends were coming down to visit a week and wanted particular flavours and they made sure they were available for the 4 visits we came. That's great local service. Why I drive 20 mins to come out here when I can.
I used to love this place. As it’s all gluten free and many options are low in calories. But lately it’s like the flavored soft serve has no flavor anymore. I am not sure if they changed something, but I hope they go back to whatever they used to do!

Great tasting of many different flavors of keto low carb soft serve ice cream. Much better than what is available at most grocery stores.
