ARE Nutrition is one of my favorite places to hang out at in Lake Placid! They offer such a fun, energetic environment. Coach Ruth spreads such positive energy and truly pushes you to be a better you! Above all, ARE Nutrition is founded upon Christian principles and I have to say that’s my favorite quality! The teas are absolutely amazing and shakes are to die for. Who knew healthy could taste so good?!
Such a welcoming place and the people are amazing! I was able to get any question I had answered based on what they offer and do such as their drinks and classes being offered. I will definitely keep going back and the bonus to top it all off is its kid friendly!

I honestly LOVE this nutrition shop! Not only do they supply my every needs wether I need energy, a protein shake (that come in many flavors!), or a good hard work out I can honestly get that at this spot here! The staff is very friendly and are more than helpful when I have questions! Very well knowledgeable with their products and very polite! 11 out of 10 recommend this nutrition shop!

Great coach. Very knowledgeable about the products you need for your health journey. Workouts are amazing and cater to everyone's abilities. Very friendly, professional and caring staff. You will never feel judged. Once you meet the team you instantly feel like family. Highly recommended!
I love everything about ARE Nutrition!!! From their family friendly environment, their knowledge of products, professional advice, and love they show to everyone walking through their doors.... to their delicious Energy Teas and Protein Shakes....Oh and their high energy, cardio and toning classes ARE a must!!! They keep me motivated and coming back for more!! Some of my faves ARE Tiffany's Tropical Tea, Oreo Xtreme, and Toasted Cinnamon Crunch, to name a few. 😊
Love this place , try to stop there whenever I get a free minute. Shakes are great and the people are even greater. Great shakes , Great Tea, Great people. It took care of my coffee fix , the power tea gets me going ten fold. Try that rainbow shake it’s unreal.
Amazing place to get your protein meal shakes and energy teas from!!! Just yummy! Ladies are wonderful and very professional 😊 definitely recommend if your in town!
ARE has certainly changed my life around! They offer amazing coaching, nutritional information for everyone’s needs and their drink selections are amazing. They also offer cardio dance classes that definitely make you sparkle!
