Excellent customer service! I wondered into their headquarters oddly enough, and they were so kind to honor my request to taste their coffee. Instead of politely declining my request and pointing me to the door, I was treated with TWO very delicious, smooth cups of their signature roast. I was so pleasantly treated I will visit their Deli and be a frequent customer at their coffee stand. Take Note: In business, your future customers can literally walk into your head quarters! BE KIND!!!👍🤣👍
Love your coffee. Your ice policy is ridiculous. 1/3 of my cup empty because I ordered without ice. It used to only be 1/8 of my cup empty. Which was fine.....but apparently I was informed this morning your policy has changed and that now they only fill your cup up 2/3 of the way. Love your Java chiller but strongly considering going back to ellianos. ***Updated my rating due to the response from the company. Thank you.
Their coffee tasted so bad and I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning from their bogo deal cinnamon rolls.
I have been to this place for years. Back when it was Ray’s. Good food, nice people, and great coffee. However their service in the last six months or so is really deteriorating. I know how hard it is on restaurants these days, so I don’t write reviews for one isolated bad experience. I have routinely waited 15 to 20 minutes in a drive-through for a simple sandwich. The people are always nice and respectful, the food is always good but this is definitely a weak point for them. If you’re on a typical lunch break, this may not be the best choice anymore. If you have the time go inside. The food is still good and the people are still nice. Which is why I didn’t trash them with a one star.
BW Blacksmith was always a great place to eat. Lunch time food is served quickly, the atmosphere calm and quiet. Tonight though, my experience was much different. It was late when we arrived, it's 9 pm and we're already home. A waitress brought us our food. Never brought the silverware. She brought a salad with no salad dressing. When asked for it, you could tell we inconvenienced her. She dismantled the drink machine not allowing us the option to refill our drinks.. Left taking our food with us. Very disappointed.
They are right down from my house and I have been wondering how good they were. My students recommended I try them out because they have something from them almost every morning. I love a good ole caramel frappe and such so I was a little hesitant, BUT they did not disappoint! This is freaking DELICIOUS! AND the customer service was a breath of fresh air. Will definitely be one of my favorite spots.

I’m from out of town and wanted to try a local coffee shop while in Lake City for the day. BW Blacksmith was the PERFECT choice! The coffee was great, cashier/barista was super friendly, and there was plenty of seating. For sure will go back next time I’m visiting!
Awesome coffee and decent food but the service is terrible! I went through the drive thru and ordered two coffees and a wrap. Got to the window paid, got my coffees and the lady said to have a nice day and I told her I also had a wrap. So she told me to pull forward. I then waited for 35 mins and watched them serve 4 other vehicles that they told to pull forward before an employee asked me what I was waiting on and I told her a wrap. When they brought me my food all the employee had to say was they had lost my ticket. I don't mind waiting on my food and I understand things happen but I had told the lady at the window my order again before she asked me to pull forward and it seems like they just completely forgot about me waiting.
Wonderful staff, coffee and breakfast! Fast and friendly service! Even though you can tell they need more workers the ladies at the front counter are pleasant and delightful.
Long wait for your order...then they get it wrong. Bunch of teenagers too busy on their phones to pay attention, and actually do their job! Management claims that they will address the problem...obviously not. This is one restaurant that will no longer have my business.
Great coffee, lovely staff, all in all a very pleasant surprise.

Came for dinner and waited 45 mins for food. Service was awful. Everyone was on there phones. They forgot half of the stuff we ordered. Food isn’t bad just not worth the wait and awful service. Unless you like watching a bunch of teenager girls on their phones. One of the girls was on speakerphone up behind the counter and ignoring anyone who walked up to the counter. (Shout out to Kelsey for being the only one working)
Thank you sharing your AMAZING coffee with me this past week at the Butte Copper Co. All I can say is "Wow!"
Amazing service, I go by everyday for an espresso, Americano, and a large Sweet Cream. As a person who truly loves coffee, this place nails it!
