I love stopping by for a cup coffee. Amiee is super friendly and always happy to see everyone. She knows my order (Cold brew with a Cuban Espresso). The team does a great job and makes an awesome cup of coffee so I can conquer my day.

Honestly the best tasting coffee I have ever enjoyed. Super nice and informative staff, this is my go to coffee from now on! Bali has incredible coffee beans, and Pura bean roasts fresh at least 3 times a week. Try it!!!

This coffee shop offers a serene atmosphere, perfect for those seeking a relaxing environment to delve into literature or other activities. The quality of their coffee is exceptional, and their freshly baked goods are a delightful addition. The staff is highly proficient, providing a seamless experience for customers. It was a pleasure to find that all of my needs were met with such thoughtful consideration. I commend the team for their excellent work and encourage them to continue delivering outstanding coffee and pastries.

Excellent coffee shop in an otherwise unrecognizable strip mall. Staff greeted me every morning with a smile and great service. Unpretentious and good coffee.

The coffee is roasted in store. Tastes great…nice alternative to Starbucks/Dunkin. They also carry Cinotti’s donuts. Good pairing with the coffee selections. Will return and highly recommend to others.

We were excited to get coffee here based on reviews, but were sorely disappointed. The drinks were bitter. So bitter the heaps of sugary flavours couldn’t even cover, both hot and iced. The sandwiches were only marginally better than the coffee. One was soggy, but ok, the other looked like a grey mess inside with egg jelly oozing out the middle. It tasted as bad as it looked. I can confidently say that Starbucks is better in every way (speed, taste and price) and Starbucks sits at the bottom of our list of coffee shops. If you are looking for good coffee and snacks, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Sorry Pura Bean, you really missed the mark.

Friendliest baristas in Jax! Their drink selection is good, and lattes are very tasty. :)

I asked for a coffee off menu and she offered to create it. The coffee is absolutely fantastic and tastes great. I highly recommend for coffee and great conversations.

Pura is a consistently good quality experience. It is a coffee shop that feels like visiting a friend's house. The food is not fine dining but made with care and the coffee is top tier. Every time I'm in Jacksonville, I make a point of stopping here.

Great place to grab a coffee, cappuccino, simple shot of espresso or fancy coffee drink, with a side of some food too. Made in house cinnamon rolls are famous (I hear) I always seem to miss the rolls! Other sandwiches are available also, more like yummy breakfast stuff. Place is in a big plaza with a ton of parking available located near a HUGE church. Not hard to find and park. Cool bus outside for a photo op too! Nitty gritty,, Coffee was a tiny bit on the weak side, (sorry just saying) so extra espresso had to be added to my drink (medium latte no whip) which is a bummer considering the price of the coffee drinks anyways. Only 4 stars because coffee could be stronger and cinnamon rolls should be popping open to close. Sorry just my consumer opinion. Sad I keep missing them maybe a little. So I suggest 1-2 extra shots in whatever drink you’re getting. Good luck on the cinnamon rolls, suppose to be the best! One day I will catch them fresh out the oven hopefully 😩

Got “The Scott” and it was nothing short of PERFECTION! The cinnamon roll was soft and chewy, exactly what your taste buds are craving. The service from the young lady and young man was a true testament to great customer service! I wish I lived closer because I would make this my go to coffee shop!
