Such a great space for parents to take their little ones! My 1.5 year old LOVED it!
Beautiful space for kids. The owner and assistant were very friendly. It is pricey for my budget but we enjoyed the experience.
Overpriced! We recently had our son’s first birthday here and it was ok. No one followed up or reached out in regards to our party booking, and when I called to confirm they had our event the man on the phone had attitude which was my first red flag. The day of we arrived at 1 (30 minutes before party started) and the “dedicated party assistants” that were mentioned in their party section was a single young girl who decided to take her break when we showed up. I set up the event by myself. The floor was dirty, behind the backdrop was roaches and crumbs from previous parties (second red flag). The bathrooms were atrocious! Honestly I felt embarrassed knowing guests were coming to a dirty environment. The high chair they provide did not snap in all the way which is a danger to kids trying to eat. Again the assistant was on her phone in the closet. While she was sweet she wasn’t attentive but that’d on the place for hiring a young girl to man a party by herself. For the play area to be socks only while we were leaving the assistant walked in there with her shoes which makes me think of the cleanliness of the play area that our kids were playing in. Sanitary wise this place is literal trash. I would not recommend to anyone.

Great place for a play for toddlers and chat for parents. Good place for children’s parties. Could use more toys but still a great value for time and money 👍🏼
Our daughter (19 months old) really enjoys this place. She gets excited when she sees that we have arrived and even more excited once inside. Amazing and friendly staff, clean play area, and delicious coffee. We ended up getting the membership to be able to bring our daughter here multiple times a week. Awesome place for kids who are not of age to go to v pre k, they are able to interact with other kids their age and build social skills.
While looking for a place to host my son's birthday, I found this place with a simple Google search. Went physically to check it out and the online pictures matched the in person experience. It was very simple to book for the party. Any questions I had they answered clearly without the run around. I definitely recommend this place to host your little's birthday party. The kids had a blast and the staff was extremely helpful and professional.
My husband and I loved taking our daughter! She’s 13 months so it was nice having another area we could take her to play without all the bigger kids, but both areas are great for play. Owner is extremely nice and the coffee is strong🤤 if you need a energy boost try the ‘new parent’! If we lived closer we would get the membership, but will definitely be coming back whenever we can make the trip!
Nice little place for small kids to play indoors. My granddaughter seemed to enjoy it. Price for entry wasn't too bad.
I can’t even put in words how much my daughter enjoyed her party at the Play Factory this past weekend. The amazing team working the coffee bar (Erica and Amy) made our time there so enjoyable. They took care of all the guest no matter how overwhelming it seemed to me. Lol We happened to meet the owners and they are so down to earth and lovely. I felt like I was at home. The Game Zone was such a great addition for the older kids at the party but the 0-6 play area was put to use. It was so nice to walk in and have everything done. From decor, cake, paper products, ballon set-up. I didn’t have to do a thing. I recommend adding the unlimited coffee bar to any party. The coffee and lemonade was amazing and my guest really appreciated being able to try everything! I highly recommend Play Factory & Café to all. Can’t wait to visit for a cup of coffee or a birthday party.
We loved this place during our visit with our grandson. Perfect set up with plenty for kids to engage in and delicious coffee!
Just found this place during a friends kids birthday party and loved the idea. A place for parents of kids to sit and enjoy a coffee and not worry about their kids not wanting to sit still. They had video games in the back for the older kids and a large playset for the toddlers that was fenced in. The coffee was awesome and a great price as well. 10/10 would recommend for a coffee date with a friend and their kids. Great Sunday morning experience. Erica was working while we were there and she was awesome at helping us pick the right drink and helped make the experience that much better. Go try it out!
1st time there and it's a nice, cute and cozy place for small gathering.
I decided to bring my 2 year old daughter here for the first time and she absolutely loved it. The environment is so welcoming and not intimidating for first timers and is relatively clean. The shop is ran by the owner who supports the military and offers discount. Beyond happy we stumbled upon this hidden gem.
We love bringing our toddler here! It’s clean and provides a safe environment where my child can have play time with others while still being able to keep an eye on them. Plus the cafe is the perfect touch for this tired mom! Highly recommend!
Me and my family had a great time at the cafe. Its was very clean and i felt very safe with my child playing because i can see her play while i had my bagel and tea. 😌

Very clean and well maintained. My kids spent time in the gaming room and had a great time. The bathrooms were extremely clean.
I’ve never been there but the owner Play Factory found my wallet in the parking lot and somehow got my #and I got everything back! I had my entire life in there along with my daughters!!! Good and honest ppl! If I had a little one, I’d def take her there!! Thank you sir!!!
This place has not only fantastic coffee but is also so clean and AMAZING. Both of my kids LOVED it. Thank you sooo much!!
