I’ve been to this location multiple times. One day at 7 am, another time at 8 am, and lastly 9 am. The light during those times was never on and I think they make their donuts the night before. Go to the Cassat location instead!
If I could put this as a 0, I would. This kripsy kreme was horrible, I ordered online and they said since I placed my order online I would have to call in to tell them, because they don't look at their orders. When I asked about a certain donut, both employees chuckled at me as if I should they don't have it. The male employee talked down to me as if I was a child in trouble. 3 of them were sitting at a table doing nothing while there was a customer at the window waiting.
Don’t waste your money or time going to THIS location. The last few times coming here the donuts are old and stale. Not fresh at all. Thought maybe the first time was just a bad luck day but the next two times had the same outcome with stale and old donuts.
You can drive past this location on any given day at anytime and the hot light is never on. Stopped anyway, should have gone to the Cassat Avenue location, and the donuts tasted as fresh as the ones sold in the grocery stores. I will drive the extra distance for better quality donuts.
Two customers in store and it took more than 30 minutes to get donuts. If this store had any customers, it would be a total disaster.
Love Krispy Kreme but the location on San Jose has a much higher quality doughnut. The doughnuts I got here seemed to be day old.
My wife and I are early risers. The website says this location opens at 6am, but whenever we go there around that time either nobody is there, or the workers are just getting in and have no sense of urgency about opening the store. And this has happened on several occasions, not an isolated incident.
Fyi they no longer do hot doughnuts so if that's what you are looking for go to a different location bc the others still do!! Then whats the point of keeping this location open?!?! Smh
I went & picked up some donuts on feb 10th and the afternoon manager on duty was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly.
Waiting 8 minutes in line through the drive-thru when there's only two cars ahead of you is unacceptable at 11:37 still haven't received a order have a whopping six donuts which one of them they didn't have the flavor this particular location is keep on going down further and further bring back the in house donuts pleas.
First time I ever had bad doughnuts from here. Their frier looked broken. It has chains holding parts up. I didn't notice that until I was eating. But the doughnuts were stale and lifeless. If you don't see fresh doughnuts cooking stay away.
Donas or Donuts 🍩, the taste is the same!!! Nothing better than a warm (hot/room temp), fluffy, chewy (in a good way) Krispy Kreme Donuts. My fav is lemon and original glazed… yummylicious!!!!!

I brought the huge coffee and asked for it to be fresh for our end of the year church service. We had to pour it out and spit it out. It was cold, nasty, and Not FRESH AT ALL. I questioned the guy 3 times and asked for a fresh brew. He said it was but ran about 1 minute if fresh coffee with this old coffee.... WHY? it's so unfair to your customers.... To be so lazy about COFFEE... NOT RIGHT

I live in the NC mountains so when I visited this location, I was so excited! I was quickly let down with some dried up donuts that I couldn't even order inside. Only drive-thru available at 10am on a weekday!
The older guy that was on the Register was really nice
Now they stopped doing hot donuts which upset me. I love there frozen coffee drinks. They are amazing. I could drink one every day.
Never ever! No coffee had to wait on a manager name Rita to come to the store to give me a refund!
Google says you're open until 11. Website says you're open until 11. It's 8:48 and the employees are sitting around hanging outside a closed store. Like what's going on fam.
